Kevin Schofield reposted thisKevin Schofield reposted thisWhat is the cost of being invisible to AI? We built an AI Revenue Gap Calculator that shows how much potential revenue is on the line when your brand is missing from AI-generated answers and how Sitecore Scrunch can help bridge that gap. Most teams know AI is changing how they're found. Very few can put a dollar figure on it. This calculator gives you one you can bring into a budget conversation instead of a hunch, built specifically around AEO and AI visibility, and it takes minutes to run. Kevin Schofield shared thisExcited for this one! In just a couple of days, Stella Zang and I will be in Chicago for our Optimizely AI Workshop: From Hype to Business Impact. The goal is pretty simple: move past the AI conversation and get hands-on with where agents can actually improve real marketing workflows. We’ll be working through how to identify the right opportunities, redesign workflows around humans + agents, and start turning those ideas into something teams can actually build and operationalize with the Optimizely Agent Platform. Looking forward to working with the teams joining us and learning from Stella along the way. 📍 Chicago 📅 October 1 ⏰ 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM CT If you’re attending, come ready with a workflow you’d love to make better.Kevin Schofield shared this2 days to go! By continuously evaluating customer profile, behavior, and experiment data from Optimizely Data Platform, the agent scores users into activation-ready cohorts, surfacing key insights and targeting opportunities that help teams scale personalized targeting and accelerate testing precision without manual reporting. Kevin Schofield shared thisI wrote a piece for Optimizely on why Agentic CMS isn’t about replacing marketers, it’s about removing friction. Most organizations already have the instruments: content, data, experimentation, personalization and analytics. The challenge is getting them all playing from the same sheet of music. That’s where agents get interesting, helping connect the work, surface opportunities and move teams from insight to action faster.Kevin Schofield shared thisIn his latest piece published on Optimizely's site, Kevin Schofield, our VP of Marketing and Data, breaks down why adding AI to a disconnected process doesn't automatically fix it. It may only help organizations create disconnected work faster. That's why the workflow has to come first. As Kevin puts it: "I think of it less like a self-driving car and more like a much better GPS." The team still chooses the destination. Optimizely's Agent Platform, Mark, helps surface obstacles, identify faster paths, and adjust when conditions change. Excited for this one, Stella Zang! Really looking forward to getting people out of the “AI can do everything” mindset and into a real use case they can actually start putting into motion. It will be a fun working session!

This is incredibly well deserved, Nicholas. You did all the work here yourself, and the recognition is a reflection of the expertise, effort, and commitment you’ve put into the Optimizely community over the years. Congrats on joining the OMVP group!

Kevin Schofield liked thisKevin Schofield liked thisEvery marketing team hits the same wall with AI: it can do anything, so nobody knows where to start. Today I'm in Chicago tackling that with Kevin Schofield from Velir. This workshop is about finding the use case worth building and how it fits into your actual workflows - not just talking about what's possible. More soon!

Kevin Schofield liked thisExciting news for Acquia as they continue expanding capabilities within their DXP. After a fresh new look, this is a great feature parity as they continue evolving. Keep it up! 👏Kevin Schofield liked thisHave you heard? Acquia and Vercel announced their partnership this week to facilitate headless #Drupal using #Next.js, #Nuxt, #Astro, or #TanStack Start #javascript frameworks. To get ahead of this, I released an update to the TypeScript Definition Generator module that goes further to help define all the data structures in a Drupal site that a headless site can effectively use to hold a contract between the backend and frontend so implementations go smooth and require less boilerplate definition. But that's not all that it does. You can read more about that here: https://lnkd.in/dRcd3hF6Drupal as the Data Definition Source for TypeScript & Next.jsDrupal as the Data Definition Source for TypeScript & Next.js

Kevin Schofield liked thisKevin Schofield liked thisI wrote that AI needs confidence scoring. That same day, Jev launched, a model built entirely around it. It can't hold a conversation. It only returns a yes/no probability, a choice, or a score, each one paired with a calibrated confidence value. No fluent wrong answers, because it can't produce fluent text at all. That's not a coincidence worth bragging about. It's a real example of two different ways to fix the same problem: bolt a confidence layer onto a general model, or build a model that was never capable of false confidence in the first place. I wrote up what that split actually means for deciding how to automate anything. Full piece below. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIStrategy #ProductStrategy #Automation #FutureOfWorkI Named the Fix. A Company Just Built an Entire Model Around It.I Named the Fix. A Company Just Built an Entire Model Around It.
