Sarah Friedlander Garcia shared thisWhen I went through my interview process at Wix a year ago (wow, time flies), one of the things that blew me away was the recruiting team at Wix. Now they have a spot open on their team in the NYC office (where I'll be a few days a week as well). Come join one of the most incredible talent teams around and work with us (and Anthony Rodriguez is a 💯🤩 boss)!Sarah Friedlander Garcia shared thisNew York recruiters, come work with me! You'll own full-cycle recruiting for our hires across Wix and Base44. Real headhunting, not just screening. Sourcing, interviewing, closing offers, all of it. What I need: - 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, GTM background a plus - A headhunter, not someone waiting on applicants - Use AI to automate the boring parts, keep the human parts human - Scrappy enough to go from sourcing to onboarding If that sounds like your kind of fun, DM me or apply below 👇 (link in comments)

Sarah Friedlander Garcia shared thisLast week I got to spend a few days in Stowe, Vermont 🌲 with 400 senior-level B2B marketers at Exit Five's Drive. I went in expecting to come home with a stack of AI takeaways, but the session I can't stop thinking about (even 5+ days later) was from a psychotherapist. I know there's lot of Exit Five Drive recap posts floating around LinkedIn, but I am trying to be intentional to take the time to think about what my key learnings were. I purposefully didn't want to write something right away (okay, sort of ... motherhood, family life and celebrating my sons 6th birthday took over this weekend). Regardless, here's the 3 things I'm still thinking about: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧. Kara Hardin closed the event with a talk on ambition which she calls the striver's paradox. When there's more demand than someone has room for, the answer is to normally ask even more of ourselves. That works for a long time... until it doesn't. She also said you can't soothe a feeling with a thought, which is probably why telling myself I'm fine has never worked (When will I ever learn?). 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞. Part of me was so happy to be at Drive. Part of me felt guilty the whole time for being away from my family (please tell me I'm not the only one that lives in perpetual #momguilt). Kara's point is that you don't resolve that tension, you decide which parts to take care of and which ones to just hold, which really made gave me pause. 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧. I come across as an extrovert (at least this is what my colleagues tell me which I think is wild) and I'm really not one. Walking up to a group that's already talking takes everything I have (it's exhausting). What helped a lot at Drive was a WhatsApp group that ran the whole conference and still hasn't stopped. Someone posted "who wants to go to dinner?" and we pulled a table together for Thursday night. There was also a group of us that found each other ibecause we all have Chilean spouses (yep, guilty as charged and oh so proud). None of that was on the agenda, and it's the part that made the week easier for someone like me. B2B marketing can feel lonely and most of us don't have anywhere to say that out loud. Even the AI sessions landed in the same place. Jonathan Rosenfeld ran the best AI session I saw, all of it on GTM. But what I took from it wasn't a tool or a tactic. It was that the hard part is still knowing what's worth doing. I came initially for the AI takeaways, but I left Drive thinking a lot about how I work, which isn't what I expected and was probably what I needed. Until next time.

Sarah Friedlander Garcia reposted thisSarah Friedlander Garcia reposted thisThat’s a wrap on Drive by Exit Five 2026. 😢 Favorite moments 👀 1. Meeting SO many stellar marketers. There were countless opportunities to connect, mingle, talk work, talk family… and everyone was so genuine & kind 2. Content was exceptional. I’ve got a book of notes. What to keep, expand, cut, and adjust. 3. The views. State of Vermont- you are beautiful 🌲 —— And getting a free upgrade to rent a jeep wrangler rubicon really completed the experience 🤪 So what’s next? — Meet w the team to discuss how we keep pushing the limits of what we can do — Sleep bc traveling while pregnant is honestly a bit rough — Snuggle my boy and enjoy some quality family time before we’re back on the road (the skies??) next week ✈️ Exit Five outdid yourself. Thanks for all the care put into this event. So very evident. Until next time 🫡 #edtechmarketing #b2bmarketing #marketingleadership

Sarah Friedlander Garcia reposted thisSarah Friedlander Garcia reposted thisOne of the first things I look at when joining an organization is this: Can a buyer understand what you do in 20 seconds? Just... 🔹 Who are you? 🔹 What do you offer? 🔹 Who is it for? 🔹 What outcomes do you help customers achieve? If those answers aren't immediately clear, everything else gets harder. ❌ Lower website conversion. ❌ More wasted paid media spend. ❌ Lower lead quality. ❌ Sales spends more time explaining than selling. When I joined Wix Enterprise to support growth, the first thing we tackled was making it easier to understand us. Because there's no point driving qualified prospects to your website if they can't quickly determine whether you're the right solution. That's why I'm excited about our new Enterprise homepage. Rather than trying to explain every capability, we focused on answering four simple questions: ✅ What is Wix Enterprise? ✅ Who is it for? ✅ What problems does it solve? ✅ Why would an enterprise choose it? One idea that's shaped my thinking over the past few months: Marketing doesn't start with generating demand. It starts with 〰️ Earning the Right to be Considered.〰️ There's still a lot more to build, but this is an important first step. If your organization manages a large network of websites (across brands, regions, business units, locations, or external partners like franchisees, resellers, agencies, providers, or affiliates) and you're looking for an enterprise web platform that's powerful without being developer-heavy, take a look. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dBf_3k9Z I'm curious: How long do you give a company's website to convince you it's relevant? #WixEnterprise #DigitalExperience #B2BMarketing #GoToMarketEnterprise web platform for teams that move fast | Wix EnterpriseEnterprise web platform for teams that move fast | Wix Enterprise

Sarah Friedlander Garcia reposted thisSarah Friedlander Garcia reposted this“Most companies don't attempt to build their own AI model because the path to "good enough" with an external vendor is much shorter .But "good enough" is a ceiling. We are becoming a company that doesn't just use AI. We build it. We shape it. We own it." Avishai Abrahami, Co-Founder & CEO at Wix. Wix Harmony runs on a model we built ourselves trained on two decades of website creation knowledge and real feedback from millions of users building real websites every day. Faster, fewer errors, and improving on our timeline. And Base44, which joined Wix in June 2025, just became the first app-creation platform in the world to do the same. Sarah Friedlander Garcia liked thisSarah Friedlander Garcia liked thisConfession: a lot of what I've worked on this year for Topia, from content to campaigns to understanding what makes a mobility team actually buy, has started with a message from me to Charlie Dyer saying something like "heyyy... me again. Question for you!" And after 20+ years in this industry, he always has an answer, and he'll always answer. He'll jump on a call to sanity-check a campaign before it goes out, send me an article because it reminded him of something we're working on, or connect me with someone in his network who can help get a new idea off the ground. And it's not just me. Whoever on the team needs him that day, he makes the time. Seriously, who needs Claude when you have a Charlie!! Every organization should have a Charlie. With that being said, it's finally my turn to return the favor. Charlie has been shortlisted for the Global Mobility Professional of the Year award at The Forum for Expatriate Management EMEA EMMAs, and it's a community vote. He's always the first to celebrate everyone else's wins. Sarah Friedlander Garcia liked thisSarah Friedlander Garcia liked this300 million+ Wix users worldwide. Just 19 Wix Leaders. I'm genuinely proud to be one of them. Wix Leaders is a new initiative recognising Wix Studio partners who go above and beyond for the community as well as doing great work on the platform. Even better, Joe Bennett 🦀 has been picked too. That makes The Wix Guys two of only three Wix Leaders in the UK. It's a nod to everything we do outside of the day job: supporting HelpBnk, working alongside Maidstone Borough Council / Business In Maidstone, The Kent Foundation and getting stuck into the community every chance we get. Onwards.

Sarah Friedlander Garcia liked thisBy day 2 at Exit Five Drive, I was completely miserable… At a conference built around connecting with peers IRL- real conversations, sharing plays, laughter, and deep empathy for how hard the job can be sometimes - I LOST MY VOICE 😧😱🤐 I showed up at breakfast and literally could not talk. The conversations were lively, the room was buzzing, everyone was having an incredible time, and I couldn't get a word in. But if you know the Exit Five community, you know that they are lovely, kind people. So I typed out a few lines in Notion and tapped folks individually on the shoulder and showed them my phone. And mimed my best “OMG I can't believe this is happening” rendition 🫠 My voice came back in agonizing fits and starts, and by mid morning and I could rasp out a few words, by late afternoon, I could whisper again, and by the evening, my voice was cracking but back to audible. I came home with new friends, fresh ideas, and stronger POVs on the plays and tools that are working (or not) in 2026. But I also came back with an appreciation for what a big difference it makes when people go out of their way to include you in conversations and interactions, even if you can't participate the way everyone else can. Exit Five, Drive left me speechless. But in the best way possible. ❤️

B2B buying isn’t a single-touch game. It’s a messy, multi-threaded journey across people, channels, and time. That’s why CMOs and ABM teams are ditching the credit chase and embracing unified measurement instead. It’s not about who gets credit. It’s about what’s actually working: ✔️ Are buying groups engaging? ✔️ What’s driving pipeline? ✔️ Where should we invest more or less? At NavigateIQ, we help marketing leaders see the full picture, faster. Less guesswork. More impact. Marketing budgets aren't coming back. Yet tech stacks keep growing. 62% of teams now use more tools than two years ago. The result? More complexity, less pipeline impact. Smart CMOs are rethinking their approach—prioritizing integration, automation, and measurable ROI over hype. See the principles separating high-performing teams from overwhelmed ones. https://bit.ly/49FPhUe
