The way people discover brands is changing, that has much bigger implications for content than simply figuring out how to use AI to create more of it.
Danny Robinson joined me in the latest episode of Fireside to talk about how that shift is changing the role of content, DAM, and the broader digital experience ecosystem. We looked at the evolution of
Sitecore Content Hub and DAM, Sitecore’s addition of Scrunch, and what happens as these capabilities begin to come together.
DAM has traditionally been about organizing, governing, and distributing assets. That is still important, but the opportunity is becoming much bigger. As discovery increasingly happens through AI, the metadata, structure, governance, and context surrounding your content directly influence whether AI can understand it, trust it, and ultimately surface your brand.
Which introduces a very different question for marketers: How does AI actually understand my brand? That is where I think
Scrunch becomes particularly interesting. It gives marketers visibility into a part of the customer journey that has largely been invisible. When you start connecting that intelligence back to trusted content and the systems managing it, the conversation moves beyond content management and toward a much more intelligent digital ecosystem.
