What our customers say
I've had my biz email through GoDaddy (as part of their web hosting service) for about ten years or so. They recently decided to end their webmail service, and pushed everybody to Office365, which of course is an additional charge. I've had it "up to here" with Microsoft so I decided to look for another webmail service. I did a bunch of searches and (oddly) I found Thexyz in a comment that somebody wrote in reviews of another service. He said that he'd been using their webmail for years, and found their customer service top notch. I sent an inquiry through their website, and got a reply pretty fast. I had a couple of rounds of follow up questions, all of which were answered quickly and professionally. After signing up, I had concerns about migrating my email away from GoDaddy/Office365, so asked for their assistance with the process. Perry (the head honcho, no less!) called me and helped me through the process from his end, and the migration was completed painlessly. When trying to set up my mobile phone to receive/sync I ran into issues, sent a note, and Ryan replied quickly, and pointed me to a page in their website about setting things up. Success! From initial inquiry to responding to requests for help, both Perry and Ryan were terrific. Major kudos to both of them, and so far so good with the webmail. Two thumbs up, and a hearty recommendation to Thexyz for anybody reading this.
I've also been using Thexyz for my personal mail for years. Some of the other email services you can use like Gmail, G Suite have nice looking web clients with some nice features (and they're free!), but Thexyz is the only mail service I've used where I trust that they're doing all they can to make sure the right mail gets to the right place promptly and dealing with the spam and other problem emails better than anyone else. I used to have some accounts that became unusable because of the amount of spam they received. I moved them to use Thexyz and hey presto, they're perfectly usable again. Absolutely recommended!
Incredible service. Fast, easy, cheap. I'm totally a dummy with this stuff, and they helped me every second of the way.
My aim is to be free of the big tech. And if I could de-google the phone I would. So, trying to find an email/calendering service has been a challenge. I tried Tutanota and Protonmail but without IMAP one has to rely on their software. Then I discover TheXYZ....awesome! I shall be keeping XYZ running indefinitely. I might distro-hop occasionally but I believe my email/calendaring life is sorted. Cheers TheXYZ.
Reliable, private, and easy-to-use business email. Thexyz has been a great fit for our physiotherapy clinic, and their support team is always helpful and responsive. We especially appreciate having a Canadian email provider.
Very astute, professional and time to reaction is amazing. Best IT support we have enjoyed to date.
Boringly reliable. Totally trustworthy. Super responsive on the rare occasions there is a problem.
Thexyz is great for email. I spend a lot of time moving my email data around until I found Thexyz. Other providers were good but there always seemed to be something that was not right. With Thexyz everything works really well. Highly recommended.
I have been with Thexyz for over a year and host my email with them. The reliability is unmatched and the product seems to be getting better an better.
This email service is Great! It’s totally secure. It is an incredible value, but I Love it because there is a 1-800 number which Real People answer. They are courteous, patient and will continue to work with you until your problem is solved!
I was having problems with my WordPress install on my old hosting company, as well I had issues with my emails going into customers SPAM folders. TheyXYZ transferred my site over and solved my email issues really quickly. It's great to have quick and personable support. TheXYZ will now be my goto hosting company!
I signed up for Thexyz this summer and have been amazed at the breadth of clever features and refinement built into the product. Embarrassingly I've amassed nearly half a million emails across various accounts over the years, importing it all to Thexyz was a snap, but even more impressive has been the speed and pleasantness of the interface. Pairing Thexyz with the GroupList service means I'm finally getting my unruly inbox tamed. Yippee!
Perry at XYZ has provided great service and advice for web hosting, security and phone systems.
Would highly recommend his services!

I use xyz.am every day. The portal is an excellent service as it provides many options: it has a bookmark manager, the ability to create subdomains on xyz.am domain and the ability to crreate web sites with these subdomains. You may create short URLs to redirect to your other favorite websites, These are just a few of the options available, there are several more. It is an all-in-one portal with many services. I highly recommend it.
Dear XYZ,
I’m serious, I’m happy and delirious,
This works now like a charm,
It causes no alarm,
Your really good and super team,
Kept me from letting out a scream!
Now I can mail to heart’s desire,
You kept me as an XYZ buyer!
I switched to Thexyz a few months ago after getting tired of constant ads and spam with my old email. So far, it’s been a really good experience. The inbox is clean and easy to use, and I don’t get nearly as much junk mail anymore. One thing I really liked is the customer support — I had a small issue setting it up on my phone, and they replied quickly and helped me get it sorted without any hassle. It’s not free, but I honestly don’t mind paying a bit for something that works well and doesn’t sell my data. If you’re looking for a simple, private email service that actually feels professional, I’d recommend giving Thexyz a try.
Migrated from Gmail to Thexyz for personal mail, because they breathe standards based email & know how to run it fast, reliable & secure.
Is Thexyz as flashy as Gmail? Probably not, but it is very configurable (spam, aliases, etc). I also know that my emails are not being scanned for targeted advertisements unlike the big guys. After 10 years, I have come to trust Thexyz with my private information and know that my account is secured.
