“I’ve had the chance to work with Amanda (Mandy) for several years, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best leaders I’ve worked with. While I don’t report to her directly, we’ve worked closely on multiple projects, and she’s also served as my career counselor — a role she’s taken seriously and approached with care. Mandy brings a wealth of experience in Federal Cyber Security space and knows how to cut through complexity to help the team stay focused and moving forward. She’s decisive, clear-headed, and always keeps the big picture in mind. But what really sets her apart is how much she invests in the people around her. She creates a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone has a voice and the space to succeed. As a career counselor, she’s been an incredible resource — always approachable, genuinely interested in my growth, and quick to offer thoughtful advice when I’ve needed it. Mandy’s someone I trust and respect deeply, and I’ve learned a lot from working with her. Any team would be lucky to have her.”
