Jeffrey Cameron reposted thisWhen Abhyuday Desai, Ph.D. tells you he has an idea and wants your help taking a new product to market, you say yes emphatically and then get to school because he is one of the smartest people out there. When we worked at Kiran together, he led the way in data science and AI. Today he is leading Ready Tensor, a platform serving 100,000+ AI and ML practitioners through certification programs, competitions, and community-driven project sharing. And now we have launched Clyep, (pronounced “clip”)! Making a good technical video is still a painful process. The problem is not that teams do not care about video. It is that technical video is a different kind of production problem. To do it well, you need both: * technical depth * production quality And those two things rarely live in the same place. But now they do. Check out the showreel in Abu's post. We're building our portfolio and offering free short videos to a small number of technical teams. Interested? If you own content for a complex software product, you’ve probably run into this: You know video would help. But making a good technical video is still a painful process. Usually the options look like this: - ask an engineer to record a Loom - repurpose a webinar - hire an agency that does not really understand the product - or put it off again That is why so many software teams still do not have strong video for: - product demos - API tutorials - feature walkthroughs - architecture explainers - onboarding content The problem is not that teams do not care about video. It is that technical video is a different kind of production problem. To do it well, you need both: - technical depth - production quality And those two things rarely live in the same place. That is why we built Clyep. Clyep (pronounced “clip”) makes technical videos for software companies: polished, accurate video for complex products and technical audiences. If your team ships developer tools, APIs, AI products, infrastructure, or other software that needs real explanation, this is exactly the kind of work we are built for. I attached a showreel below so you can see what this looks like in practice. We’re early and building our portfolio with real products, so we’re offering to produce a free short video for a small number of technical teams. If you’re building something complex and there’s a feature or concept you’ve wanted to explain better in video, tell me about it in the comments or send me a DM.

Jeffrey Cameron shared thisI don’t usually promote individuals on LinkedIn, but I’d hate for anyone hiring for Sales Enablement, GTM, or a marketing role to miss Malia Garcia I worked with her for many years and can’t say enough good things about her. If you’d like more detail, my recommendation is on her profile.Jeffrey Cameron shared thisAfter 19 years, I am cleaning out my proverbial desk. I came to Verint via the Kiran Analytics acquisition, a workforce management startup. Post sale, I dove deep into the wider solution portfolio to expand my product knowledge. I brought what I learned in building, selling, implementing and supporting SaaS solutions to the marketing organization where I was responsible for revenue driving activities. I loved being sales adjacent, influencing deals systematically. As I look at my file structure, I am flooded with memories of everything I built with the best of the best. I took 3 different SaaS solutions to market. I trained almost every single customer we had over the course of 15 years, and I influenced every release cycle. I feel so proud to look back at what we were able to do. I am most impacted by the people who poured into me, who trusted my judgement, and gave me room to try and fail and learn. The marketing team took a chance on me too. My competitive nature and curiosity drove every campaign I ran and being close to the revenue cycle was most exciting to me. I am a super collaborator and am most empowered when I am part of a team with clear goals but ambiguous paths. It's where I get to pioneer and create and I feel most alive figuring out all the things. I'm ready to bring that energy somewhere new. If you know of a team that needs a builder, I'd love to connect.

Jeffrey Cameron reposted thisJeffrey Cameron reposted thisBREAKING NEWS: Stop the Steal: How to Protect Yourself from Parking Scammers Using Personal Credit Card Readers A recent undercover investigation by the Houston Police Department revealed a shocking parking scam where parking attendants working for LAM Parking, operators of NRG Park, where the Houston Texans play, used personal credit card readers to embezzle over $211,000 from unsuspecting drivers paying for parking. This is a growing threat where a driver pays for parking, but the money goes straight into the scammer's pocket, leaving the driver vulnerable and the parking operator and venue owner with lost revenue. To remain safe a driver entering a parking cashier's lane should look closely at the Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment, which professional parking companies like Ace Parking use to collect parking fees and generate official receipts to verify each customer transaction. NXT Robotics has created a cloud based AI powered technology product called "POS Sentry" which is designed to eliminate this exact type of fraud and revenue leakage. How does NXT Robotics POS Sentry Prevent Credit Card Theft and Revenue Loss The core innovation behind NXT Robotics' technology is a "Three-Way Match" that creates an irrefutable audit trail between the parking attendant, the driver paying their parking fee and the POS device used by the parking attendant to take the credit card payment. Intelligent AI sensor devices and Global Positioning System (GPS) confirm that a vehicle is in a specific lane and confirms a payment match. GPS tracking on the POS device, which is physically held by the parking attendant confirms the Three-Way Match. The NXT technology also prevents the use of unauthorized credit card devices, like a scammer's personal Square, Clover, PayPalZettle device because the system only validates transactions from official, geofenced POS devices owned by the parking lot operator. If a parking attendant tries to use a personal Square reader for example, the POS Sentry system will detect the unauthorized device and create an 'Urgent Alert' and the system's AI orchestration system which detects the discrepancy, sends an Alert to the parking management company. This effectively stops the fraudulent transaction in real-time. For parking operators like Ace Parking, revenue assurance is no longer about counting cars—it's about verifying the location, identity, and legitimacy of every customer transaction to protect revenue and maximize guest experience. Jeffrey Cameron liked thisJeffrey Cameron liked thisA long overdue update - After 7+ years, 2 cities, and many adventures, I decided to leave Amazon earlier this year. Looking back, I'm proud of the products, businesses, and teams I had the opportunity to help build and lead, from experiences across Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and Alexa to more recently productionalizing generative AI and ML foundations for advertising creatives. 7+ years leaves you with countless stories and many people who shaped the journey that I'd love to mention in this post, but the long-time Amazonian in me will invent and simplify: Huge thanks to Jeff Hotchkiss, Eric Ayers, and Young Lee for introducing me to this world, setting the foundation, and giving me opportunities far beyond what I expected when I first walked through Amazon's doors, including the privilege of working with David Limp so early in my Amazon career. Many of the standards I hold myself to today - how I think, operate, communicate, and lead - were shaped during those early years, and I carried those foundations with me from my first Day 1 to my very last one. What comes next deserves its own post. I wanted this chapter to have a separate moment first 🧡

When we founded TrampolineAI, we set out to solve a real problem: healthcare contact centers were overwhelmed, agents lacked the tools to deliver fast and accurate support, and members were paying the price with long hold times and repeated calls. Over the past two years, we built a platform that empowered agents with real-time intelligence, deployed it in production with leading payers, and processed more than 300,000 member and provider interactions. This outcome wouldn't have been possible without an incredible group of people: The founding team — Jason Fama, Leann D. Arkema, MA, and Joe Baktir, Ph.D. — who built the products, won our first customers, and kept everything running when things got hard. Your talent, grit, and dedication made this real. Our customer champions — Tim Johnstad at HealthCheck360, who believed in us early and gave us the chance to prove our product in production, and Sean Schreiber at Alliance Health, who championed us through an 18-month journey and never wavered in his support. You made us better. Our advisors and supporters — especially Gordon Sween and Brian Krajewski, who worked alongside us week after week — along with many others who offered guidance, made introductions, and believed in what we were building. Arun Santhebennur and the Voicegain team — I've known Arun for several years, and over the past two years he's been an exceptional partner. I'm confident our technology and customers have found the right home, and I'm excited to support the combined vision as part of Voicegain's Advisory Board. With this chapter closed, I'm exploring what's next—ideally a CEO or Chief Product Officer role where I can build production AI products that solve real problems for customers. If you know of opportunities or want to connect, I'd love to hear from you. ChatGPT just launched Skills for Business/Enterprise users (gotta keep up with Claude!) https://lnkd.in/g9HgzjQg Speaking of Claude - they launched the 1M token context windows today for Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6 (it looks like it's just in Claude Code and the API at the moment) - with no additional surcharges for long context. https://lnkd.in/g69ZTNTu And their long context retrieval is insanely good.

There's a disconnect that shows up in almost every team we talk to. IT Directors see upgrades as: schedule it, execute it, move on. DBAs see upgrades as: test it in staging (which doesn't match production), identify every dependency that could break, build a rollback plan for the 15 things that might go wrong, coordinate with 3 other teams, execute during a window that's too short, and then monitor for 48 hours hoping nothing surfaces. Neither side is wrong. They're just seeing different parts of the same elephant. The teams that handle upgrades well aren't the ones with the best DBAs or the best IT Directors. They're the ones where both sides have the same visibility into what's happening, what's at risk, and what the fallback is. When was the last time your DBA and IT Director sat down and mapped out an upgrade end-to-end together?

💡 The Builder's Renaissance: How Agentic Development is Reshaping the Open Source Equation The pendulum is swinging again from buyer to builder, and agentic software development is the catalyst. For years, open source has offered compelling advantages: zero licensing costs, customization freedom, and robust foundations. The tradeoff? Organizations often faced feature gaps and the daunting prospect of months-long development cycles to bridge them. 🚀 That calculus just changed. Agentic software development is transforming open source from a "close enough" solution into a powerful framework for rapid customization. Organizations can now take vetted open source projects that align 70-80% with their needs and use them as intelligent templates—complete with agentic steering patterns that guide AI-assisted feature development at unprecedented speeds. I've witnessed this firsthand with the Visual Asset Management System (VAMS) for Physical AI and Spatial Computing. On the AWS PACE prototyping teams, we've compressed what used to take months into days using agentic development patterns. More importantly, we're teaching customers these same capabilities—democratizing the development velocity that was once exclusive to large engineering teams. The upcoming VAMS v2.5.0 release exemplifies this shift, featuring new documentation, architectural overhauls, 3D web viewers for formats like USD, and agentic steering files designed specifically to accelerate customization. It's not just about providing software anymore; it's about providing a launchpad. 🚦 The question for organizations is no longer "Does this open source solution have everything I need?" 💡 It's "How quickly can I make this solution exactly what I need?" With agentic development, the answer is: far faster and more cost-effectively than you think. Check out VAMS and explore how open source + agentic development can become your competitive advantage: https://lnkd.in/eDgrpHGX #OpenSource #AgenticAI #SoftwareDevelopment #PhysicalAI #SpatialComputing #AWS #Innovation #PACE
