Through a planned integration, Suralink's client collaboration and document exchange will connect directly with Engagement Manager. A separate integration will bring client provided information into CoCounsel Tax, Audit & Accounting. Evan Fitzpatrick posted thisAI has a BIG PROBLEM… and it’s preventing firms from capturing AI’s full potential. The flaw is not in the AI itself. The flaw is in what the AI relies on. For accounting firms, AI relies on accurate AND complete client data. The problem is, clients almost never provide 100% accurate and complete data the first time. In fact, the MAJORITY of the time when clients first provide data, it’s incomplete or inaccurate. No matter how good your AI is, if the input data is wrong, the output is worthless. Bad client data in = Bad AI outputs = Increased risk, wasted effort, and a TON OF REWORK. The Rework Cycle has plagued accounting firms for a long time. But almost all AI tools are making the problem of the Rework Cycle worse. These AI tools are typically disconnected point solutions, or bolt-on features to legacy binder and testing software. None of them integrate and automate where it matters most - at the point of client data ingestion to ensure you GET THE RIGHT DATA AT THE START.
