As part of our international expansion, we are establishing our presence in the United States and are seeking a Executive Search Consultant to play a key role in launching and growing our business in Houston, Texas.

Position Summary

As a Executive Search Consultant, you will manage executive search assignments from inception through completion, partnering with clients to identify, assess, and attract senior executives, leaders, and specialized talent. You will also contribute to the development of our U.S. presence by building relationships with key stakeholders, expanding our professional network, and increasing our visibility within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments for clients across a range of industries.
• Conduct market mapping, talent identification, and direct sourcing activities to identify highly qualified candidates.
• Interview and assess senior-level candidates and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Advise clients throughout the search process and support them in making critical hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, HR leaders, and key business decision-makers.
• Build and strengthen a network of candidates, clients, referral partners, and other business contacts.
• Contribute to the growth, development, and visibility of Confidence Executive Search in the U.S. market.
• Support the establishment and growth of a high-potential executive search operation in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive search or professional recruitment within an executive search or recruitment firm.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Texas business community and economic landscape.
• Proven experience identifying, attracting, interviewing, and assessing senior executives and leadership talent.
• An established professional network among executives, HR leaders, and key business decision-makers.
• Strong consulting, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client service and excellence.
• Fluency in English is required; French language proficiency is a plus but is not required.
