Rodell Mollineau shared thisToday’s corporate leaders need integrated communications counsel encompassing political, policy and business strategy. That’s why I’m so excited to welcome Amy Fox to ROKK Solutions as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Really looking forward to watching her build out a practice that will benefit our firm and clients for years to come. Welcome to the team, Amy!!Rodell Mollineau shared thisROKK Solutions, a bipartisan K Street messaging firm, is launching a corporate affairs practice, a reflection of increased C-suite engagement in Washington, founder Ron Bonjean said. ROKK is bringing on Amy Fox, who previously worked at public relations firms Edelman and Ketchum Inc. and was an adviser to ROKK, as chief corporate affairs officer to lead the new practice, the firm shared first with Bloomberg Government. The corporate affairs unit will advise on big-picture business strategy for corporate clients as they navigate Washington during the midterm campaigns and beyond, Fox and Bonjean said. “The C-suite has become ever more present in Washington, and I don’t think that is going to stop anytime soon,” Fox said in an interview, noting “potential changes with the midterms” could be on the horizon next year. Rodell Mollineau shared thisPilot? What's a pilot? Well, you know the shows on LinkedIn? I'm not on LinkedIn. Yeah, but you are aware that there's an invention called LinkedIn and on this invention, they show shows, right? Yeah. Well, the way they pick shows is, they make one show. That show's called a pilot. Then they show that one show to the people who pick shows, and on the strength of that one show they decide if they want to make more shows. Some get chosen and become LinkedIn programs. Some don't, become anything. Rodell, Ron Bonjean and Lisa Camooso Miller starred in one of the ones that became so wildly successful it broke the Internet. IYKYK.Rodell Mollineau shared this🎙️ Introducing The ROKK Rundown 🎙️ ROKK Partners Rodell Mollineau and Ron Bonjean joined Lisa Camooso Miller on the first ROKK Rundown, providing perspective from both sides of the aisle on the main stories communicators should have on their radar next week: 📣 Staying on message in the face of a government shutdown 🗞️ Remembering the other media outlets that matter for your policy matters 📍 Focusing on local media when Washington media is cluttered Check back in with us on Fridays to wrap up your week with our team on The ROKK Rundown!

Rodell Mollineau shared thisLast night ROKK Solutions was named Public Affairs Agency of the Year by PRovoke Media at a ceremony in New York. We thank them for the recognition and for all they do to move our industry forward. You never know how you’re going to feel about something like this until it happens. First and foremost, I was happy for the teammates at our table. They are part of a senior leadership team that has worked so hard to make our firm what it is. Then I looked over at my partners Ron Bonjean and Kristen Hawn and the moment reaffirmed there are no two people I’d rather be on this journey with. I then thought of our team back in DC who define the culture of ROKK and make it a joy to come to work. And as news of our accomplishment made the rounds I was moved by the client notes - some of whom have been with us from the beginning and have trusted us with their biggest initiatives. This is something we will never take lightly. The other firms who were up for this award are some of the best in the business - comprised of colleagues, friends and mentors. I’m honored ROKK Solutions was nominated along side them. Ok, now that I got the feels out of the way, it’s back to work. We have so much more to accomplish!! #ProvokeNA #SABREAwardsNA

Rodell Mollineau shared thisOver the past week I had the chance to say goodbye to my former boss, U.S. Senator Harry Reid (D-NV.) I know sadness is the word most closely associated with loss, but as I reflect on that time in my life the feeling that resonates even stronger is one of gratitude. Not only did I get to work for a good man and have a front row seat to history, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the smartest and most dedicated people to ever enter public service. I learned a great deal from those senior to me and hope I was able to pass some of that along to staff I supervised. Undoubtedly, they've all went on to successful careers in a variety of arenas, but to me they will always be Team Reid. Reid may have left us, but I will always be proud to be a part of that team and grateful for how it has shaped my life and career over the past 15 years.

Rodell Mollineau reacted on thisToday is my son Riley’s birthday. He isn’t here for us to celebrate with him, but I’d like to celebrate him with all of you. Here’s my request. Today, do one simple act of kindness for someone else. Hold the door open. Buy a coworker lunch. Pay for someone’s coffee. Send an encouraging text. Help a stranger. Call someone you’ve been meaning to check on. It doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be kind. Then, after you’ve done it, simply say: “Happy Birthday, Riley.” They’ll probably look at you with a confused smile and say, “My name isn’t Riley… and it’s not my birthday.” Just smile, wink, and nod. You’ll know what it means. If they ask, share this post with them. Tell them about a young man whose birthday is being celebrated not with presents, but with kindness. Imagine how much good could happen if Riley’s birthday became a reason for people to brighten someone else’s day. Riley had a smile that could light up a room. I think he would have loved the idea of strangers making each other smile in his honor. Life is precious. Life is beautiful. So are you. Thank you for being part of my life and, today, for helping me celebrate my son. Happy Birthday, Riley. ❤️ 🎂 🎈 — Brett

Rodell Mollineau liked thisExcited to officially share that I’ve joined ROKK Solutions as an Account Director. Leaving Congress after nearly nine years was one of the hardest professional decisions I’ve made. Serving the exceptional Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart and working alongside so many dedicated public servants was a true honor and privilege. The experiences, mentors, and friendships I gained along the way shaped me both professionally and personally, and I’ll carry those lessons with me throughout my career. I’m grateful to everyone who invested in me along the way, and I’m excited to bring my experience to ROKK, where I’ll continue helping clients communicate effectively, navigate complex issues, and build meaningful relationships. Thank you to the ROKK team for such a warm welcome!Rodell Mollineau liked thisROKK is pleased to share that Capitol Hill veteran Andrea Shoucair has joined our team as an Account Director! Rodell Mollineau liked thisExcited to share that I've joined Global Strategy Group as Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs! After years working at the intersection of politics, policy and communications, I can't think of a better place to put that experience to work. GSG is where that combination comes to life every day and I'm proud to be part of the team.Rodell Mollineau liked thisSay hello to James Conway, our new Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs! For many years, James has led strategic communications and public affairs campaigns in healthcare, infrastructure, environmental policy, and emerging technologies. His work included developing a national racial health justice messaging platform, leading executive visibility programs, and guiding clients through high-stakes communications moments. Earlier in his career, he managed statewide political campaigns and spent four years in Senator Tim Kaine's office. That combination of political instinct and communications discipline is exactly what our clients and partners need when the moment gets complicated. He knows how to guide them through the hardest moments and come out on the other side with a message that lands. Welcome to the team, James!

Who would've thought that this little girl who arrived in the U.S. in 2004 with nothing but a dream would one day walk the halls of Congress and go on to become Vice President at one of the most respected public affairs firms in DC. I'm beyond grateful to all of those who have believed in me, even when I had nothing to show for it. Thank you to Ron Bonjean, Rodell Mollineau and Kristen Hawn for the continued trust. Association of Equipment… • 923 followers
Ahead of the State of the Union, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has launched its new policy blueprint to make more in America: Equipped to Manufacture. First covered by POLITICO Trade, this three-pronged agenda provides a roadmap to grow domestic manufacturing, create more jobs, and fill those jobs. Our priorities are simple: • Drive Expansion of Domestic Manufacturing: Provide Trade Certainty • Create More Manufacturing Jobs: Pass Legislation to Bolster Infrastructure Projects and Strengthen the Farm Economy • Build the Manufacturing Workforce of Tomorrow: Attract and Retain Skilled Workers to Move the Industry Forward Next week, at the biggest gathering for the construction industry in North America, CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas, we'll be rallying attendees to support our plan.
