Literally! I really struggled with my new identity and trying to navigate what it meant to be "ambitious" in my motherhood era. Thankfully, my transition also paved the way for me to create the community, Mysha, that I needed to support me in all the trials and internal tribulations that came with this transition. I learned to soften and work from my feminine energy. #powerful! There is no "right way" to do motherhood but based on what I have learned, doing it in community with other like valued women is compulsory. The Mysha community continues to be a lifesaver in motherhood and all the other facets of my life that make me feel like me. Rare combo. Knowledge lives in the hands of the builders, and it's one of the most valuable quality controls there is. We want to amplify and empower the builders, and we are testing whether a Newton Physical AI model can work alongside builders and support this intuition rather than replace it. Working with NTT Data and Hyster-Yale, we deployed Newton on a real assembly line, where it observes the build unfold and quietly confirms that each step of assembly is completed, so the operator can stay focused on the work and be confident that mistakes were avoided. It’s the partnership between workers and the AI technology that is key here when you give skilled people a tool that finally understands the local environment they've spent years mastering and helps them to be better. Yet another proof point that journalists are the best non-fiction writers/storytellers on the planet, this example from Zoe Kleinman from the BBC on quantum computers-- There's an old adage among tech journalists like me - you can either explain quantum accurately, or in a way that people understand, but you can't do both. That's because quantum mechanics - a strange and partly theoretical branch of physics - is a fiendishly difficult concept to get your head around. It involves tiny particles behaving in weird ways. And this odd activity has opened up the potential of a whole new world of scientific super power. Its mind-boggling complexity is probably a factor in why quantum has ended up with a lower profile than tech's current rockstar - artificial intelligence (AI). h/t Mark Pinsent
