Michael Edward Bradford MA ▶ Ensuring Business, Personal, Financial Success posted thisI WOULD LIKE TO SHARE A POEM I WROTE When You Are Ready ©2001, Michael Bradford - August 18th, 2001 When you are ready Your life will begin to change And the past, with all its hurts, pains And disappointments will gently melt away. When you are ready Your confusion, resistance, fears, and doubts will dissipate And your desire for freedom will grow Beckoning you to fully embrace the real you. When you are ready Your mask, your survival kit, will no longer be needed And the true you, the authentic you, Will gingerly peek out seeking the light of life. When you are ready Your pride, looking good, and being right will no longer matter For your desire for truth, connection and spirit Will awaken and fill you. And when you are ready Your vision will clear and you will know, beyond the shadow of a doubt The gift that you already are. It is time, beloved being of light, to ignite and shine bright!

Someone is always watching...and imitating. Watch this toddler clean up their toys. No KPI. No incentive. No boss hovering. Why? Because they saw you do it first. Leadership isn’t about authority. ↳It’s about behavior that others want to follow. ↳It’s about making the mundane meaningful. The real wake-up call: ↳We overcomplicate leadership. ↳We think it needs titles, teams, or TED Talks. ↳But true leadership is contagious. The best leaders: ↳Lead without a podium. ↳Inspire without a speech. ↳Move people by moving first. Before you chase big impact, check your smallest actions. Because someone is always watching... Michael Edward Bradford MA ▶ Ensuring Business, Personal, Financial Success liked thisOnly a country who doesn’t value women’s lives would do this. Sorry. It’s the truth. 😞Michael Edward Bradford MA ▶ Ensuring Business, Personal, Financial Success liked thisA Country Where Women Are Disposable I just watched a video of a high-risk OB-GYN recounting the horrors she’s witnessed, including a 10-year-old postpartum patient with a cesarean scar—talking about the toys she’s getting for Christmas. Her final words struck me: The physician-patient relationship was never supposed to include a politician. But in America, it does now. This isn’t news to me—I’ve known for a long time that this country sees women as disposable. But the election of a man like Trump, after everything we’ve seen—women dying in parking lots, forced to carry pregnancies caused by rape, forced to submit in the name of religion—was the breaking point. I cannot live in a country that treats women this way. My family and I will be looking for a home outside of the U.S. This is no longer a place where I feel safe. #WomensRights #AbortionIsHealthcare #ReproductiveRights #BodilyAutonomy #Misogyny #HealthcareNotPolitics #Feminism #HumanRights #AmericanPolitics #LeavingTheUSA #WomenAreNotDisposable

In this class, I break down what directory listings are, why they matter for local visibility, and what to fix first so you show up more accurately across search, maps, and apps. HOW SHOULD A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER CHOOSE A BUSINESS COACH! Choosing a business coach should never be based solely on an impressive website, a polished sales presentation, or promises of rapid success. A coach may influence your decisions, your finances, your leadership, and possibly the future of your business. Choose carefully. Here are seven questions every small business owner should ask: 1. Does the coach have real-world business experience? Training and certifications are valuable, but experience matters. Has the coach built a business, managed people, served clients, faced financial pressure, and made difficult decisions? You need someone who understands business beyond what can be learned in a textbook. 2. Is there a clear and proven process? Good coaching is more than encouraging conversation. The coach should have an organized process for helping you clarify your vision, establish goals, strengthen operations, improve marketing, manage finances, and measure progress. 3. Does the coach ask challenging questions? A strong coach will not simply tell you what you want to hear. The right questions should help you uncover blind spots, confront difficult realities, and think more clearly. A coach’s greatest value is often not in providing answers—but in helping you discover the right answers. 4. Does the coach understand you personally? Your business cannot be separated entirely from your life. Your health, family, faith, priorities, energy, and definition of success all influence your decisions. A business that grows while destroying your peace, health, or relationships is not true success. 5. Is the coach transparent? You should understand the services, expectations, process, and cost before making a commitment. Be cautious when basic information is hidden behind a complicated sales funnel or high-pressure presentation. 6. Will the coach hold you accountable? Information alone rarely produces change. A good coach helps turn intentions into action. That requires agreed-upon priorities, deadlines, honest evaluation, and consistent follow-through. 7. Is there genuine trust and compatibility? Credentials may open the door, but trust determines whether the relationship will work. You must be able to speak openly about your concerns, mistakes, finances, and ambitions without feeling judged or manipulated. Before hiring a coach, have a real conversation. Ask for details about the process, experience, fees, availability, and expectations. Do not be pressured into making an immediate decision. The best business coach is not necessarily the loudest, most popular, or most expensive. It is the person who combines experience, character, structure, insight, and accountability—and who is genuinely committed to helping you succeed without losing balance in the rest of your life. Choose the coach who will help you build not only a stronger business, but also a better life. WyrostekCoaching.com
