Or that we only care about what's in it for us. That's not it at all. You see, our high-paying jobs were eliminated. Split into two. Or replaced by a robot. And meanwhile, EVERYTHING has skyrocketed in price. We can't afford to eat. We can't afford a place to sleep. Heck, we can't even afford to get sick. So you'll have to excuse us if we want to know the salary beforehand. Or if we care about the compensation package "a little too much". Or how much the health care coverage will cost. Because we aren't asking for the world. So the next time you're upset because we asked the salary and benefits... it doesn't mean we aren't interested in the work. We just want to live...somewhat comfortably? And that doesn't seem like a good enough reason to reject someone.

I’m not committing to anything yet — just genuinely curious before I decide whether it’s worth the time. If I did start creating content again: - What Azure or AI topics do you feel are hard to find good explanations for? - Any certs where the material technically exists, but still leaves you feeling unprepared? - What’s something you wish someone had broken down clearly when you were learning this stuff? No hype, no launch announcement — just trying to understand where the real gaps are and if the Big Bald Azure Guy needs to return? Drop a comment (or DM if you prefer). I’m listening.

In a market that is already volatile; where employers already have trust issues and job seekers are trying their damndest to stand apart, this sort of service is predatory and goes against most certification policies. Let's be clear - letting someone take a test on your behalf is extremely likely to get you caught and get you black listed. If you don't get caught, you're getting a certification in a discipline you do not deserve and are simply continuing to undermine the value certification should provide people. I don't believe certifications are the end all, be all. But they ARE expected in higher paying roles. This is ridiculous. Block or report this person if they reach out.

For more than 15 years, I had the privilege of working with Frank at ACSC, Bally’s, and Scientific Games. He was an incredible talent, a patient mentor, and a great friend who guided me through the complexities of the ACSC SMS/CMS application. His knowledge, personality, and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone who worked with him. I will always be grateful for his guidance and friendship. Rest in peace, Frank. You will be missed and remembered.

What a wild ride in accomplishing something I thought wasn't going to achieve, but here I am! 2 months of studying, discipline, and determination got me to see "PASS" on the exam. I'm excited for what's ahead and grateful for Zillow who has encouraged me along the way. Moving on up!
