Brady Louveau shared thisHalf of US states now require some form of age verification on websites. If you sell alcohol, vapes, supplements, gambling, social, or anything age-gated — this is now your problem. And the old playbook doesn't work anymore. "Click here to confirm you're 18" is no longer considered reasonable under almost any modern law. Louisiana fines $10,000 a day. Tennessee made it a Class C felony. The UK fines £18 million or more. A New Mexico jury just hit Meta with $375M for child safety failures. Meanwhile your options for actually verifying age all kind of suck: - Ask every user to upload an ID → conversion tanks, and now you're storing sensitive documents you don't want to store - Use a blanket method that doesn't meet regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions - Do nothing → wait for the state AG We built AgeWallet because website owners shouldn't have to choose between compliance and conversion. One integration. Wallet credentials, age estimation, ID fallback — routed automatically based on the user's jurisdiction and the risk of the action. The user sees the lightest possible path. You get an audit trail that holds up. Get a full breakdown of how this actually works and what "reasonable verification" means in 2026: https://lnkd.in/eMt2bumB

Brady Louveau posted this88% of companies are using AI. Only 6% are actually winning with it. I spent the morning with McKinsey's State of AI report, and that gap is the whole story. Here's what's really happening: Most companies rolled out AI tools. Gave people ChatGPT access. Maybe built a few pilots. Then called it a transformation. But the companies seeing real EBIT impact — that 6% of high performers — are doing something fundamentally different. They're not adding AI on top of existing workflows. They're redesigning the workflows entirely. 55% of high performers fundamentally rebuilt how their business operates. Only 20% of everyone else did the same. They also set different goals. Most companies chase efficiency — cost cuts, automation. High performers chase growth and innovation on top of efficiency. That distinction matters more than any model or tool choice. I see this pattern constantly. Teams spend months evaluating vendors and optimizing prompts. Meanwhile, the real question never gets asked: "If this actually works, what would we do differently?" That's the unlock. Companies compounding on AI aren't asking "how do we reduce costs?" They're asking "what becomes possible that wasn't before?" One question leads to incremental gains. The other leads to new businesses. Which question is your team starting with?

Brady Louveau shared thisYour age verification is a data liability. Every ID document stored is a breach waiting to happen. Most platforms don't realize their compliance solution is their biggest privacy risk. AgeWallet verifies age through tokenization. No face images stored. No ID documents retained. No personal data linked to your platform. GDPR and CCPA exposure. Reduced. Not managed around. Compliance officers are asking the right question now: not "are we verifying age?" but "what are we storing when we do?" See how tokenized age assurance works. Visit agewallet.com.

Brady Louveau shared this38% fewer users abandoned age verification. One platform switched to AgeWallet. The drop-off rate fell. Median verification time dropped below one second. No sensitive data stored. No friction added. No compliance gaps left open. If your verification flow is costing you users, that is a revenue problem. Not just a compliance one.
-
Brady Louveau shared thisVerify age without creating a data liability. Most age verification flows increase risk by storing sensitive artifacts (face images, IDs, PII) that you now have to secure, retain, and defend. AgeWallet™ is privacy-first by design: verify once, tokenize, and keep users compliant across jurisdictions without storing face images or ID documents. If privacy and conversion friction are on your roadmap this quarter, I’m happy to compare approaches and tradeoffs.
-
Brady Louveau shared thisIntegration should not be the blocker. AgeWallet supports seamless implementation with OIDC tokenization, so users can verify once and reuse that verification across AgeWallet-enabled sites. If youre evaluating age assurance vendors, ask this: How fast can we get to a compliant flow without rebuilding our auth stack?
-
Brady Louveau shared thisAge verification laws just changed. Is your platform ready? Three jurisdictions updated their compliance requirements this month. Most platforms won't find out until they're flagged. The businesses that stay ahead treat regulatory shifts as a signal to move faster, not scramble harder. AgeWallet monitors jurisdictional changes in real time and adapts verification methods automatically. No manual intervention. No compliance gaps. If your team is still reacting to regulation instead of anticipating it, that's a competitive disadvantage worth fixing. See how AgeWallet keeps you ahead. Visit agewallet.com

Brady Louveau shared thisSocial platforms are tightening age verification expectations. If you run UGC, adult, gaming, cannabis, or alcohol experiences, the question is no longer Should we do age checks? Its How do we do it without killing conversion or creating privacy liability? AgeWallet helps you stay compliant while keeping the user experience fast. Learn more at AgeWallet.com

Brady Louveau shared thisRegulations are changing fast. If your platform operates across multiple jurisdictions, “good enough” age checks can turn into real risk overnight. AgeWallet™ is built for high-risk digital industries with geo-aware verification that adapts in real time based on location and local rules. Want a quick sanity check on your current flow?

As we continue to celebrate Pride Month, we are reflecting on what it takes to build a workplace rooted in genuine equity and psychological safety. A powerful note from a member of our team perfectly captures the Segpay ethos: "Working at Segpay, I get to show up every day exactly as I am... That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. It comes from leadership and teammates who actually walk the talk on inclusion." Open ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google's AI Overview and ask the question your customers actually ask: "What's the best [your service] in [your city]?" Then read the answer like a prospect would. Three things to look for: 1. Are you named at all? If not, you're invisible in the channel growing fastest right now. 2. Who IS named? That's your real competitive set in AI search — and it's often different from who outranks you on Google. 3. What's the AI citing? Click the sources. You'll usually find review sites, directories, and well-structured articles — not just homepages. That tells you exactly where your visibility gaps are. This little test is the entry point to GEO. The deeper analysis behind it looks at citation share across every engine, the sources shaping each answer, and the content patterns AI consistently rewards. But the takeaway is simple: you can't improve what you've never measured. Most businesses have never once checked whether AI mentions them. Run the test today. If your name doesn't come up — or a competitor's does — that's not a dead end. It's a roadmap. Want us to run the full version for your business and competitors? Still emailing proposals as PDF attachments? Your client opens Drive, waits for it to load, then squints at a toolbar that has nothing to do with your brand. There's a better way. Embed the proposal right on your own WordPress site, so it loads on the page, matches your design, and keeps the client where you actually want them: looking at your work, not someone else's file viewer. We put together a full guide on how consultants and agencies are doing this, plus a step-by-step for setting it up with Document Embedder. WordPress vs Next.js: Which platform should your business choose? ➡️ We breakdown the real deal — WordPress is cheap and familiar; Next.js wins big on performance, SEO, and scalability. ➡️ In 2025, businesses with serious growth look for fast load-times (<1 s), rock-solid security, and future-proof architecture — that’s where Next.js pulls ahead. ➡️ But WordPress still plays when content management and budget are top priorities. If you’re building a website or web app and you’re unsure which stack fits your business goals, this article gives you the framework to decide. 🔍 Read the full post at: https://lnkd.in/eB6BXbpT #WebDevelopment #NextJS #WordPress #BusinessGrowth #WebsiteBuild #MPForge
