Anthony Gonsalves shared thisOne of the best parts of joining Aditude is getting to work with a team that’s constantly building and innovating. Intellectual Curiosity is one of our core values. Real innovation deserves to be celebrated! So here’s to our Product, Data, and Engineering teams at Aditude with a little Times Square love. We’re just getting started. You’ll want to see this platform in action. Let’s set aside some time. We can also trade lessons learned on DOOH

Anthony Gonsalves reposted thisAnthony Gonsalves reposted thisWhen WeatherBug's Director of Programmatic, Catherine Beattie, went looking for a managed Prebid partner, the bar was specific: already operating at full capacity with app publishers, with references that actually checked out. Their SDK vendor had been acquired and the product shut down. They needed to rebuild their entire ad serving foundation without losing existing demand or inheriting a new kind of lock-in. Aditude cleared the bar. From March through June 2026, programmatic revenue within Prebid Server grew 35%. Engineering offloaded a decade of SDK maintenance. New demand partners went live in days instead of weeks. Read the case study: https://lnkd.in/emr-ygsC #AppMonetization #AdTech #AdOps #ProgrammaticAdvertising

Anthony Gonsalves reposted thisAnthony Gonsalves reposted thisSay what you will about politics, the economy, the market writ large - the single biggest hit to global GDP will be GTA dropping in November. Will media spend ramp in Q4 as we always anticipate it to or are media buyers aware that there will be fewer eyeballs on their creatives for some time to come after release?

Anthony Gonsalves shared thisIf you aren’t already following AdTech Therapy™, you should be. This week, Jana Meron and Scott Messer discussed the cyclical nature of publishers moving on and off sales houses and why the right operating model can change over time. That topic is very close to what we do at Aditude. We work with enterprise web and app publishers that want the technology, infrastructure and intelligence to improve monetization while maintaining control, ownership and transparency across their stack. Managed service may absolutely be the right answer for some publishers. But it shouldn’t be the only answer. As we head into Q4, Aditude is offering complimentary site and stack audits. We’ll look at what you’re doing today, where there may be revenue or operational leakage, and what options exist to improve your trajectory without sacrificing long-term value or control. If you want a second set of eyes on your stack before Q4, let’s talk.

This comes hot off the heels of similar infringement suits against Pacsun and Crumbl, and may be just the tip of the iceberg. For any brands or agencies who are concerned about this and want to talk about risk mitigation strategies, the doors here at Epidemic Sound are open. https://lnkd.in/g3U4ySAdSony Music sues Ralphs parent Kroger over alleged copyright infringement in social media adsSony Music sues Ralphs parent Kroger over alleged copyright infringement in social media ads

Anthony Gonsalves shared thisI've always taken pride in the fact that a byproduct of AdTech is a better funded newsroom. The DOJ’s position in the New York Times vs. OpenAI case is actively working to defund those same newsrooms AI advancement matters. National security matters. An informed and educated public is also a matter of national security. A functioning democracy depends on professional journalism, investigative reporting, trusted information, and a sustainable ecosystem of publishers and creators willing to invest in producing original work. We shouldn’t have to choose between advancing AI and protecting the people and businesses creating the information those models depend on. If AI companies derive enormous value from copyrighted content, paying fairly for that content shouldn’t be viewed as an obstacle to innovation. It should be part of building a sustainable information economy. Weakening the economic foundation of journalism in the name of national security risks undermining another pillar of national security: an informed American public. AI and creators can both thrive, but not if one is expected to subsidize the other. The irony of using OpenAI to generate this image is not lost on me.

Anthony Gonsalves reposted thisAnthony Gonsalves reposted thisTen years ago last Friday, I faced a major health battle that forced me to step back and rethink who I was and what I wanted out of life. In a strange way, that moment is how Aditude came to be. What could have been my downfall became one of the most important days of my life. So I decided it was time to take a chance on myself and start building something of my own. A few months later, we signed our first client. Ten years later, I’m incredibly grateful I did. Aditude has grown far beyond what I could have imagined when I started working on the idea. We’ve built an incredible team, developed technology that I’m genuinely proud of, and established ourselves as a leading player in an industry that continues to evolve quickly. What I’m most proud of, though, is the people. Over the years, I’ve watched our team take ownership, solve problems, push each other, push me, and continually raise the bar. That’s what has allowed the company to keep growing and improving year after year. And right now, we have more momentum than ever. The business continues to be one of the fastest growing in our space, our technology continues to reach new milestones, and the opportunities ahead of us are as exciting as I can remember. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Aditude journey — our partners, our team, and the family members who support us all. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together, and even more excited about what comes next. 🚀 🚀

Anthony Gonsalves reposted thisAnthony Gonsalves reposted this🎉 It's August and you know what that means? It's almost my birthday, it's almost time for #gamescom. This will be my first year not attending as a pure gaming company like Medal or BlueStacks and instead coming as a gaming monetization partner for gaming companies - Aditude. To that point, I've been awfully quiet since coming onboard but we're cooking something that will change how gaming publishers across Desktop App, Web, and Mobile monetize their underpriced, undervalued audiences. Curious? DM me and let's meet in Köln.

Anthony Gonsalves reacted on thisAnthony Gonsalves reacted on thisA little personal news! I’m stepping away from full-time work. We’ve been planning for this moment for a while, and now is the right time. Three kids are still at home, one is in college playing a sport, and we’re in a golden stretch of family life I want to be locked in on. That means more kids’ sports, more weekday Chipotle, and hopefully not too much bird watching or monitoring neighborhood construction. If we’re connected here, we’ve probably worked together somewhere along the way. That’s the part I’m going to miss. I’ll still check LinkedIn from time to time, so if you ever need anything, hit me up. And if you suddenly find yourself looking for a 12U hockey game or a college pole vault meet, I’ve definitely got you covered there!

“I worked directly with Anthony first as our partner and then as a colleague. We appreciated his tenacity in our original partnership to such an extent that we brought him onto our team. In our operation, Anthony created and managed complicated business relationships that required sales, service and extensive account management globally. He consistently delivered revenue, profits and satisfied clients while ensuring professional and efficient service in conjunction with our globally dispersed team. His was not an easy job, yet I could consistently depend on the loyal, trustworthy and complete delivery of every objective. Anthony is a rare breed of enthusiasm and focus that can and should be trusted with both ends of the P&L.”

Relevance alone isn’t enough. Resonance is where real impact happens. Brian Gleason, CEO of Seedtag, recently joined AdExchanger’s “Inside the Stack” podcast to discuss Neuro-Contextual advertising and how it shifts the focus from what someone is watching to how that content makes them feel. “Neuro-Contextual fundamentally changes how the ecosystem works. Looking ahead, we see a world where contextual isn’t an add-on at the end — it’s the foundation from the beginning,” he shares. 🎧 Listen to the full episode: https://lnkd.in/e6eF8sx2 #NeuroContextual #AdTech #PrivacyFirst

With principle-based buying returning to the forefront, Brian Chap's recipe for agency accountability takes me back to Jon Mandel's explosive rebate disclosures back in March 2015. Jon's kimono-opening moment was undoubtedly the catalyst that woke us all up to the billions leaking from media budgets by way of non-transparent kickbacks and fees. The can of worms has yet to be closed. That's why principle-based buying doesn't sit well with me. It feels like we're rewinding the tape after making so much progress over the last decade. BUT ... if you're a client-side media buyer that chooses to engage with a principle-based agency, there are three of Brian's "BENCH" framework activities that I think should be prioritized to the top. These three are relatively simple to do and can dramatically increase transparency and accountability. 1 - Secure platform access to your ad server, your DSP and the major SSPs through whom you are buying. Ensure you know how to compare media costs at each step in the supply-chain. 2 - Conduct audits. Whether as Brian recommends or simply by contacting a handful of publishers where you buy media, you should be able to reconcile your cost input to your media value output. And while you're at it, you'll be strengthening your direct publisher relationships, which has many longer-term benefits both in terms of media cost and priority. 3 - Most definitely hold your agency accountable. This applies also to every adtech vendor in your media supply-chain. I am not a fan of principle-based media buying. But if you're going to try it out, you need to remember that this is far from a set-it-and-forget-it approach to advertising. https://lnkd.in/eDw-Z3w8

Excited to share that Aperiam has invested in Bedrock Platform. Obvious statement of the century: programmatic advertising has a complexity problem. The infrastructure that was built to give media buyers control has, over time, done the opposite. Burying teams under layers of operational overhead, legacy tooling, and opaque supply chains. Bedrock is built on a simple but powerful thesis: what if you stripped away the bloat and rebuilt the stack around what actually matters... precision, transparency, and speed to execution. Their platform combines AI-driven campaign automation with curated, premium inventory across video, CTV, DOOH, and audio, and aims to be flexible and get smarter over time. Plus, the team (Shane, Austin, Ryan, James) has deep roots in the infrastructure layer of ad tech and understands the plumbing better than almost anyone. We believe the next generation of programmatic will be leaner, faster and AI-first. Bedrock is building that.

Some key takeaways from Walmart Connect’s kickoff to the ANAs Masters of Marketing last week. Our massive out of home footprint (in-store screens, fuel stations and self check out) coupled with Vizio’s dominance in CTV reach and integrated marketing capabilities allow for a full funnel solution powered by accountable measurement and first party data. Three points jump out for me… 1. Retail media can now power holistic media strategies. 2.Uneven Adoption/application means early movers can seize a stronger share of voice more efficiently and 3. Maturing measurement solutions- including with CTV- are helping brands harness retail media’s full- funnel potential. #ana #walmartconnect #letssparksales
