We are excited to welcome Keith Mason Mason to The Idaho Foodbank Board of Directors. Keith Mason has been in healthcare for the past 25 years and he is currently the CEO of the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Idaho. His experience in Medicaid started while growing up in Indiana, where his family accessed Medicaid alongside other state support. Thank you, Keith, for serving on the Board to support our work to help our neighbors who are food insecure.

Please join us in congratulating Dominique Lattin on earning her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — an exceptional achievement and a rare milestone within our organization. Dominique is only the second person at The Idaho Foodbank to earn this certification, following Randy’s accomplishment in 2022. Dominique’s Black Belt project, Project Elephant, focused on fully scaling our Agency Relations Department by standardizing processes, strengthening data governance, and building a unified operating model across statewide programs. Her work delivered transformational improvements, including: -Standardized operations and documentation across all agency‑facing programs -Streamlined Backpack Program tools for caseload planning, inventory tracking, and forecasting -A full redesign of the Mobile Pantry Program with new governance, standards, and process controls -Strengthened federal program management for CSFP and TEFAP, including the first TEFAP Partner Manual -A centralized knowledge‑management framework and redesigned Agency Relations SharePoint -Establishing CERES as the statewide single source of truth for agency data -New analytics, Jet reports, and Data Lake 2.0 capabilities supporting forecasting and compliance -An Agile operational management framework for planning, workload visibility, and accountability -Embedded continuous improvement practices to sustain long‑term operational excellence Dominique’s work represents the best of what Lean Six Sigma can bring to mission‑driven organizations: clarity, consistency, and data‑driven decision‑making that strengthens our ability to serve Idaho communities. Citi Boise employees volunteered at The Idaho Foodbank for Citi's annual Global Community Day. Citi has been partnering with The Idaho Foodbank for over two decades, donating over $68,000 to support providing food to Idahoans in need. This year, in addition to volunteering at the Meridian warehouse, Citi gifted a $6,700 donation which will provide food for up to 13,400 meals. We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Cit that helps us to interrupt the cycle of food insecurity and improve the lives of our neighbors.
