We are on a mission to make mental fitness as common as physical fitness.

Working with global brands, corporations and startups we deliver immersive workshops and events. Championing visualisation- one of the most powerful mental training techniques in the world, we help working professionals rewire their brains for optimum wellness and performance.

Inspired by my passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, I was a co-host of the young entrepreneur podcast that documented and deconstructed the experiences of driven individuals making it big: revealing what methods, mentalities and motivations they stand by.

Presented by two students on their very own mission to make something of their lives and navigate the world as young adults in the 21st century.

I worked in the Innovation team at Landsec, the largest commercial property development and investment company in the UK. This position involved conducting in depth qualitative research, client meetings and finding new and successful solutions.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, I worked on a client-led brief that aimed to encourage 18-25 year olds to live their life as a creative adventure. This project involved carrying out in depth qualititive and quantitive research, brainstorming ideas, pitching the final documnet to the client, and finally creating a professional client report and design document. Furthermore, I used my skills as a Geographer to give the team different persepctives and ways of looking at problems.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, I worked on a client led brief that aimed to build a paid membership for the magazine company, B24/7. This involved carrying out in depth research in and around Bristol, coming up with a variety of ideas, and presenting the final solution to the clients. This project required frequent client contact, organisation and a creative outlook.

I led my team to win the 2015 Young Enterprise competition whilst completing my A-levels. As a team we created the 'Sip-O-Snack', a durable and stylish water bottle with a snack container. We made over £4000 in profit and had the opportunity to represent the UK at the JA global competition in Berlin. I spent one week working alongside corporate lawyers. This work experience involved attending meetings, writing loan agreements and attending hearings at the Old Bailey.

I attended an IBM workshop event where I was left feeling enthusiastic about what the world of IT could have to offer the world in the future. Furthermore, it was a chance to overcome some of the perceived barriers associated with working in male-dominated workplaces.
