Harry Gordon reposted thisHarry Gordon reposted this𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 🌐 Since joining QXi, I've been getting stuck into Trillion, our SAP-focused brand, and it's given me a completely different view of what specialist recruitment can look like. Most agencies spread themselves across every tech trend going. Trillion doesn't. It's SAP consulting, transformation, and optimisation, full stop 💻 Trillion is the newest of our QXi brands, but don't let that fool you. It emerged in 2024 as a spin-off from Montash, who've been leading in SAP solutions since 2004. That means 20 years of experience guiding some of the world's largest enterprises through complex, business-critical SAP programmes sits behind everything Trillion does. In just over 2 years, the team's built up to a £2m NFI run rate, delivering on multiple SOW projects and providing expertise to clients across the globe 📈 That being said… We're growing the team and hiring: 👉 2x Recruitment Consultants 👉 1x Delivery Consultant DM me, León Steffen or Harry Gordon to have a chat about opportunities 📲

Harry Gordon reposted thisHarry Gordon reposted thisERP is entering its AI-native era. We’re proud to have announced a new Alliance with Campfire, an AI-native ERP platform rethinking how modern finance organisations operate. While legacy ERP systems were built for a different era, Campfire is rebuilding finance infrastructure from the ground up, with AI embedded from day one. The result? Finance teams can automate operations, accelerate close cycles and scale with less complexity. Together, we will help organisations modernise finance for the AI era, combining our transformation and execution expertise with technology built for high-growth, adaptive businesses. The next generation of market leaders will be built on AI-native operating models, not legacy systems retrofitted with automation. We’re looking forward to what we’ll deliver together: https://lnkd.in/e2UqkQeH

Harry Gordon reposted thisHarry Gordon reposted thisSAP's message: today's finance model won't hold through 2028. That was the takeaway from SAP session yesterday, "Autonomous Finance: The CFO Operating Model." A few lines from SAP's own team stuck with me. 1) Close used to be a quarterly event. It's becoming continuous, controls running every minute, not every March. 2) FP&A used to model the past for next quarter's plan. It's shifting to negotiating with the operating business in real time. 3) Today, people do the work and software helps. The shift is software does the work, with people deciding. Now, all of that sounds great in theory... What's actually live now was my question. The case studies they walked through were the part that made it real: A global pharmaceutical company running 10,000+ control executions a year across 300+ entities, every transaction, every day, not just quarter-end. A treasury team saving $2M of FX exposure through automated hedging humans setting the rule, agents enforcing it, every currency, every day. In their framing, Autonomous Finance isn't optional cost-cutting, it's the only way the finance function covers that gap. If software is about to run close, controls, and hedging on its own, what's actually left for finance teams to be great at in 2028? #SAP #CFO #FutureOfFinance #ArtificialIntelligence #SAPTreasury

Harry Gordon liked thisHarry Gordon liked thisLast week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ahmed Dhouibi, Accounting Domain Leader, to Romania. During his visit, he met with the SAP teams involved in the Pulsar program, exchanging insights and discussing key topics. The agenda was ambitious, spanning topics from AI focus, Adopt/Adapt and Handover discussions, to deep dives into specific topics on S2P, O2C, R2R, and COGS. We also explored broader transformation perspectives through sessions on Migration, Reporting and Interfaces, reinforcing the importance of end-to-end alignment across all workstreams. Beyond the content of the discussions, what stood out most was the people behind. Bringing together high expertise, diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to success created valuable conversations that will help shaping the next phase of our journey. As we closed the week with discussions around next year budget, roadmap planning and future priorities, one thing became clear: meaningful progress happens when strategy, execution and teamwork are coming together. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making these three days productive, insightful, and energizing. Looking forward to turning these conversations into actions and a shared direction for the future. #DigitalTransformation #AI #SAP #Transformation #Teamwork #Leadership #Collaboration, #DigitalHubRomania, #wehaveITall Claire Poitou - Duno Olivier Lemoyne Cornel Tascu Lucian Moroeanu Ioana Toncean Liliana Ignat Alexandra Dusceac Mirela Dima

Harry Gordon liked thisHarry Gordon liked thisFrom Line of Duty investigations into HR policies to stepping into the TARDIS of enterprise infrastructure… today is officially my last day in HR technology! Tomorrow, I’m stepping into the Architectural space as a Technical Platform Product Manager for BBC Corporate Systems. I’ll be managing of our core platforms across on-premise, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, alongside shared services like SAP BTP, cloud connectors, and web dispatchers—basically all the wonderfully geeky architecture I love. Think of it as Dragon’s Den, but instead of asking for equity, I’m asking for scalable middleware and seamless integrations. I started my SAP journey back in September 1998, and now, 28 years later, I’m finally hanging up my HR hat. Consider this my official Strictly Come Dancing farewell bow to the world of payroll and personnel data—no Traitor moves here, just a well-timed plot twist. With all the transformations and modernisation happening across the BBC, I couldn't be more excited to jump in with my new team, while continuing to collaborate closely with my old colleagues. Cue the Match of the Day theme tune—onto the next season. It’s a good day! 🚀📺🎙️

Harry Gordon liked thisHarry Gordon liked this12 years at Montash. Thank you for all the kind messages. Another question I'm consistently asked when interviewing tech recruiters and leaders is; Why 12 years? That's a long time. The simple answer is that Mat Wale has empowered me to be an intrapreneur. I've been encouraged to think big, not be afraid to make mistakes, and been given plenty of opportunity to build on what I created as a consultant. My journey here has also been split into three chapters, and this one has been the best so far. After Covid we relaunched the business, built challenger brands, created one of the best cross-sell strategies in the industry, and we're thriving results wise. It's truly exciting and the pace we are moving at is ridiculous! Truth is, the 12 years have flown by. As the old saying goes, time flies when you're having fun. We have a clear vision of what we're going to achieve by 2030, and with that in mind we're looking for experienced hires to join us. If you're reading this and wondering what's going on over there and how you could be a part of it, please reach out.
