You can search for tours, local attractions, and other travel experiences for your next trip with the Viator connected app in the Gemini web app.
What you need
To connect the Viator app to Gemini Apps, you need to:
- Be 18 or over and in the US.
- Sign in to the Gemini app with a personal Google Account. For now, this feature isn’t available if you sign in with a work or school Google Account. Learn how to sign in to Gemini Apps.
- Have Keep Activity on. Gemini can’t connect to Viator when this setting is off.
Important: For now, the Viator connected app is:
- Only available in English.
- Only available in the Gemini mobile app and the Gemini web app at gemini.google.com.
- Not available in certain features, like Gems or Gemini Live.
Connect Viator to Gemini Apps
- On your phone or tablet, open the Gemini mobile app
or go to gemini.google.com.
- Ask Gemini to find a tour, local attraction, or other experience for your next trip on Viator.
- You must mention “Viator” or add
@Viatorto your prompt.

- If Viator isn’t connected, you’ll get the option to connect it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Tip: You can connect and disconnect the Viator app anytime in your Connected Apps settings.
Search and book activities & experiences
- Ask Gemini to find tours, tickets, and activities that match your preferences. Gemini will search Viator's inventory and show an embedded results page from Viator, that includes duration, pricing, and ratings.
- Search by destination like "activities in Paris."
- Filter by specific dates and activity types such as "cooking classes."
- Specify your preferred price range and duration.
- Find family-friendly options or unique experiences.
- Select the activity or experience you want to book. This opens it in the Viator app or website.
- Complete your booking in the Viator app.
