The busiest hours for Black Friday emails may not be the best hours to send them. 📩 During Cyber Week, inboxes get crowded quickly. Every brand is competing for attention with sales, promotions, and “last chance” emails — which makes send timing an important part of the strategy. But with so much advice online about the “best time to send,” it’s easy to follow the same timing as everyone else. So we looked at Hostinger Reach’s BFCM 2025 send and engagement data to see what actually happened.👀 The result shows that the busiest sending hours consistently had some of the weakest open rates. More emails landing in the inbox didn't necessarily mean more engagement.💡 We then looked at the data by hour and day to see which sending windows stood out — and how that might change the way you plan your Cyber Week email schedule.
