Adds Dutch (nl) localization strings for the W3C “required sections” linter rule, so warnings/hints and required section titles can be displayed in Dutch.
Changes:
- Add
nltranslations for the linter warning message and hint text. - Add Dutch titles for “Privacy Considerations” and “Security Considerations”.
