Pull request overview
This PR updates the repository’s AI/code-review guidance by expanding .github/copilot-instructions.md into a more complete, repo-specific “how to build / how the architecture works / what rules to follow” document, and then links to it from the recipe authoring guide so contributors can easily discover it.
