Scrollig in Plan Review not Works

Summary

I use Plan Mode, after waiting Command Code thingking will showing Plan Review. When i want to scroll in that view, it cant. I must using arrow key for going up and down.

I use Linux Cachy OS i3, terminal Kitty. Command Code version 1.8.0

Expected Behavior

I hope when Plan Review can using scroll

Actual Behavior

Command Code cant scrolling in Plan Review

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Plan Mode
2. write some command
3. Command Code thinking
4. Command Code give plan review
