Age limits in Terms and Conditions

As of 2026 Telegram terms and conditions say users must be 18 or over to use the app in the UK, the EU and Australia. This does not seem to be mentioned in the article. BBC News is also reporting an Ofcom investigation regarding CSAM, which Telegram denies. This should probably be documented too. A1415 (talk) 13:46, 23 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
