Abraham Nevado ha reaccionado a estoIn one of my trips to Colombia I felt in love with a coffee approach to speciality coffee I was not used too. So much I decided to help them sell their coffee in the US market. I thought it would be hard, but … I was optimistic :-) So far we have run all sort for classical campaigns for e commerce. And I am not satisfied at all with results. To put some numbers: Out of every 2.000 qualified visits we are getting around 5 end to end sales. Obviously there are many aspects to consider, like e-shop usability, brand awareness and so on. However I essentially believe speciality coffee (specially ultra premium coffe) must have other channels and strategies more efficient than: Google Ads, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads. We have targeted people with well known interest in coffee beans, espresso, speciality coffee, etc. My question in reality advice for launch strategies. Specially online related. Or if anyone going down this road already thinks if it is actually a dead end and we should explore not online retail first…. Thanks

We can only craft about two to three movements a month, so this was just presented in a launch edition of 33 pieces in platinum. Working with great creators is a priviledge that needs to be nurtured. https://lnkd.in/gC5BvTqTNew Release: MB&F Legacy Machine Sequential Flyback Dual Chronograph - Quill & PadNew Release: MB&F Legacy Machine Sequential Flyback Dual Chronograph - Quill & Pad

Abraham Nevado ha compartido estoToday, I'm reaching out to share a personal journey that highlights an ongoing challenge in our quest for equality and understanding, especially in the realm of technology and accessibility. As an avid supporter of Apple, I've always eagerly anticipated their innovative products. My excitement was unparalleled when I acquired the Vision Pro, a testament to my loyalty and belief in the brand. However, this enthusiasm was short-lived due to an unexpected hurdle. Upon attempting to order corrective inserts for my Vision Pro, I was disheartened to receive a communication from the ZEISS Group stating my high prescription lenses could not be accommodated. This limitation isn't due to a technical impossibility—my daily glasses, made by Zeiss with a refraction index of 1.9, stand as proof. The barrier is, regrettably, a business decision. This experience brought back the isolating feelings from my youth, where being labeled the 'freak' due to my high myopia was a frequent occurrence. It's disconcerting to realize that such barriers continue to exist, subtly segregating individuals based on their physical needs. I'm reaching out not to criticize but to initiate a constructive conversation. I understand the economic considerations businesses must navigate, yet I believe there's a broader responsibility to inclusivity, especially for pioneers like Apple. My proposition is simple: to explore the feasibility of accommodating high prescription lenses within the Vision Pro ecosystem, even if it means at a higher cost for those of us in need. This is more than a personal request; it's a call to action for inclusivity in technology. Eye-tracking technology and similar advancements hold immense potential for enhancing lives, yet their full promise remains unfulfilled when accessibility barriers remain unaddressed. I invite you to join me in this dialogue, to share your stories, and to support a movement towards a more inclusive technological future. Together, we can advocate for change, ensuring that technology serves as a bridge, not a barrier, to equality and understanding. 👓 - For every cuatro ojos, lupas, gafotas, culo de botella, topos y cegatos like me!!!! - 👓 #Accessibility #Inclusivity #TechnologyForAllAbraham Nevado ha compartido estoLess than 24hours… I can’t wait to see what we create together. Abraham Nevado ha compartido estoYesterday I said I was retiring. In relaity I have done this since November 15th. Today is the first day I can really switch perspectives and look the World with the attention It deserves. I have just realized how prisoner I have been for the last 20 years of my life. I want to share this thought with all of you. Yesterday the same sky was here. I was however distracted and concerned about what I would tell people I am doing now, or next. About what people or me was expecting I should do next. Even concerned about my title here at LinkedIn. Today the unique difference is simple: there are no expectations. However it all looks nicer now. You may have not achieved certain economical independence yet, but nothing prevents you to free yourself from all external and self expectation. I encourage you take a moment, look arround and enjoy. I am sure this is one very important component for Happiness and… I am starting to think for Innovarion too :)

Abraham Nevado ha recomendado estoAbraham Nevado ha recomendado estoThree years ago our team and I started working on succession planning in the company. From 2005 to 2015 we were in survival mode so that was definitely not a thought. From 2015 to 2019 we were so immersed in the grind that it still did not appear on our radar, but in 2020 when demand grew exponentially and we decided to develop the company from 25 to now 60 team members, it became my number one priority. This week, after over two years of getting to know each other, we are extremely proud and happy to welcome Chanel, a family owned company and worldwide reference, as a minority shareholder. A very big day indeed for our little company. The last piece in the puzzle to make sure it survives me (Am 57 years old and plan to stay around for a very long time, but am not immortal...) whilst maintaining our unique values. Chanel have a proven track record of minority investments in high-end artisanal watchmaking brands such as Romain Gauthier (2011) and F.P. Journe (2018) where they have never interfered, whilst on the other hand bringing welcome help wherever necessary. We are extremely grateful to Frederic Grangie and everyone involved at Chanel for this partnership and look forward to starting MB&F's third decade together ! Thank you Serge Maillard for the interview yesterday https://lnkd.in/eG7mxpKQ

I build engines that lead markets and the tech stack beneath them<br> <br>As CTO at Bluesight, I've led a 6× ARR growth journey at a PE-backed healthtech company, executing three M&A integrations, a full cloud migration in 8 months, and a FinOps program that raised enterprise value by $50M. My teams ship AI infrastructure powering the modern hospital pharmacy, faster, leaner, and with a fraction of the turnover. We recently shipped a joint publication with Amazon Web Services on agentic AI in regulated healthcare environments<br> <br>My philosophy: clear vision, clear execution. I thrive in change; scaling a core product, expanding into adjacent markets, integrating acquisitions, and turning technical debt into competitive advantage. I've done it across healthtech, edtech, e-commerce, and logistics including from 4 markets to 40, from 10% conversion to 35%, from 30% attrition to under 5%.<br> <br>What I deliver: M&A technical diligence & integration · Cloud-native architecture · Agentic AI in Production · FinOps & COGS optimization · Full Security program and HIPAA/SOC2 compliance · PE & board-level reporting · High-performing engineering cultures · Machine Learning product delivery<br> <br>"2025 was highly productive, not just from effort, but from sheer results. The bottleneck for building AI projects isn't the AI. It's everything else. Next.js frontend. Python packages and dependencies. Postgres? A vector store? Maybe Redis. Getting that stack running locally is brittle. Deploying it is a headache. Getting it working consistently for the whole team? Even harder. I've spent the last three years working with teams building AI products. Same pattern every time, days wasted on infrastructure before anyone writes a single line of code. So I built Spinbox. It's a CLI that spins up containerized prototyping environments using Docker and dev containers. Pick a predefined profile or mix and match components. Full stack in seconds. Every developer I know builds tools like this for themselves. We never open-source them. I decided it was time to change that. I sat down with Claude and gave Spinbox a proper plugin architecture. It's now one of my most-used terminal tools. If you're learning AI this Christmas, skip the infrastructure headache. https://lnkd.in/epMt-_VE Still early days, feedback and PRs welcome.

For years, Sonar has helped millions of developers master code quality. Today, we are taking that mission to the next level, and we are announcing the beta version for architecture capabilities in SonarQube Cloud. Why now? First, we were pretty busy working on other topics :), and more importantly AI agents are increasing significantly the volume of code changes on applications. If we don’t provide developers—and their AI agents—with clear architectural guardrails, we aren't accelerating innovation; we are simply accelerating entropy and the drift from intended architecture. We built this to provide a pragmatic solution to a complex problem: helping you visualize your actual structure, formalize your intent, and prevent the drift that kills productivity.I invite you to join the Beta and read my full blog post on the announcement to see how we are helping teams build software that lasts: https://lnkd.in/e4uz53Qu

At SonderMind, we’ve been inspired by the concept of Constitutional AI. While we haven’t adopted the model in its purest form, we’ve created our own AI Constitution — a framework that codifies our values and defines what’s appropriate, safe, and effective for AI in mental health. It’s our first step toward building AI we can trust and reason about, together. #constitutionalAI #safeAI

They had the frameworks. The pilots. The executive buy-in. And they still couldn't scale AI past proof of concept. Luis de Abreu Branco just crystallized what I've been seeing in the field: four governance mechanisms that separate organizations scaling AI from those stuck in pilot purgatory: 𝟭. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Stop asking "Are you ready for AI?" (episodic checkpoint thinking). Start asking "What are the non-negotiable boundaries?" (continuous observability). Most PMOs are still running approval gates. The ones exiting pilots have switched to observation + intervention. 𝟮. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 Quarterly governance reviews react too late. Decision dashboards surface drift in real-time. The phrase I'm stealing: "Legible, not permissioned." Your AI systems should explain themselves continuously, not wait for audit season. But frameworks alone don't fix this. It comes down to who owns the tension. 𝟯. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 Committees diffuse accountability. A clear stewardship function—with mandate to observe, intervene, and redirect without killing learning—is rare. The organizations with AI in production have this. The rest are still debating who gets to say no. 𝟰. 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Most risk frameworks optimize for "avoid failure." Adaptive systems optimize for "fail safely." Shift from "Can we prevent this from going wrong?" to "Can we shut it down cleanly if it does?" That changes the entire architecture. Luis closed with this: "This frontier is not technical. It is organizational and ethical." That's where I see the gap. Not in the frameworks. In the leadership capacity to hold the tension between exploration and control when the board asks hard questions. The real assessment isn't "Can your tools do this?" It's "Can your leadership sustain dual-mode operation when pressure hits?" Are the governance structures or the leadership readiness the bigger blocker for you? 💾 Save this if you're designing governance for AI initiatives. Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel) just shared something that should worry every engineering team using AI agents. Claude Opus hallucinated a GitHub repository ID and deployed an unknown codebase to a customer's Vercel team. No GitHub API call. No verification. It fabricated a number and went straight to production. The agent knew the correct project name. It had the right project ID. But instead of looking up the repo ID through the API, it invented one. This isn't a bug you write a test for. A human would never make up a repo ID — they'd look it up. AI agents fail in ways we don't have categories for yet. Three things this tells us: The verification gap is real. AI agents skip steps humans would never skip. Not because they're lazy — because they don't have the same concept of "I should check this first." Powerful APIs amplify hallucinations. The Vercel API worked perfectly. The agent just fed it fabricated input. More API access = more surface area for this class of failure. Prevention beats detection. Rauch's team caught this because a user reported it. How many silent hallucinations go unnoticed? The industry is building faster agents. We need equally fast guardrails. Rina N. Vinelli | Co-Founder, HefestoAI
