Anthony Svirskis shared thisLast week YouTube announced TRIBE as one of their select global partners for the new #YouTubeCreatorPartnershipsAPI. The opportunity for marketers to step into Shorts on YouTube is now. Audiences come with intent to YouTube. They trust creators. The content works harder. It compounds. ROI increases. As a select API Partner we get an advanced level of data across 3M+ YouTube Creators. As TRIBE, we know what to do with those insights to deliver outcomes for our clients. Our work with Thorne went head-to-head against their brand creative. Creator won at every stage of the funnel. 38% higher conversion rate. 21% lower CPC. We are beyond excited for what's ahead. Anthony Svirskis shared thisWe've been doing a tonne of work with clients across the globe, turning their employees into content creators...and we're seeing phenomenal performance and results 📈 Very appreciative that Yola Mzizi at The New York Times noticed 🙏Anthony Svirskis shared thisA great moment seeing our CEO Anthony Svirskis featured in The New York Times this week in an excellent piece exploring the undeniable rise of employee-generated content. If you're asking the question, 'Can employees be the face of your brand?', the answer is yes, they can, and more importantly, they should. EGC is about so much more than on-trend, engaging social content. It's not about scrapping brand strategy or storytelling. It's about grounding both in real voices... the same voices who know your brand better than anyone. A big thanks and kudos to Yola Mzizi for spotlighting a topic we've been unlocking the potential of with major brands and retailers for years at TRIBE. Check out her beautifully written article in the comments. And while you're there, let us know if you want to hear more about our Employee Creator Programs.

With more than one in five of us speaking another language at home, a caller often switches to their first language mid-conversation, and the interaction can break down. Eleven v4 and Eleven v4 Turbo speak 90+ languages, with the biggest gains in rhythm and delivery, not just pronunciation. The same voice carries across the switch, so callers aren't handed to a different-sounding agent when they most need to feel understood. Live in ElevenAgents today.

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisCreators aren’t a side dish. They’re the main course 🍽️ That was one of my favorite takeaways from an inspiring exchange in Berlin at YouTube Festival 2026. Sitting down with Ann-Katrin Schmitz for our fireside chat, we dove into what it truly takes to move from fleeting attention to genuine action. The biggest highlight from our discussion? YouTube is a goldmine for German brand leaders. Independent studies show YouTube delivering +90% higher ROI than linear TV and +70% higher ROI than standard paid social when evaluated across the entire funnel. That kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because creators are modern media empires holding the single most valuable currency in commerce: trust. Thank you to Ann-Katrin, our DACH YouTube team, and everyone who made Berlin such a memorable trip! #YTF26 #YouTube #Google #GooglerInsights #GoogleEmployee

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisToday, I begin my journey to New York City to take on the role of leading Accenture Song Media business across the Americas. Two years ago, we set out to build a new media capability in Australia. Building something from the ground up alongside some of my best mates has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling chapters of my career. There is something incredibly special about now watching Sam Geer take the reins alongside Chris Colter and our brilliant Australian team, as I step across to the Americas. I could not feel more confident about the future of the business in their hands — and the best part is that we will continue building together, now on a global scale. To Matthew Michael Bronwyn van der Merwe Mark Green and Peter Burns — thank you for your belief, support and partnership from the very beginning. To our incredible clients who placed their faith in us Lauren Dawber Felicity Ross Andrew Balint Aimee Dixon Geoff Ikin and more - I thank you for backing our vision early and giving us the opportunity to show what this team could do. Beyond our own business, I’ve loved contributing to an industry that has given me so much and working alongside the people who make it thrive — from the marketing community and pitch consultants to our media, technology and agency partners. So many of these colleagues have become some of my closest friends, which makes this move all the more bittersweet. Now, I can’t wait to begin this next chapter with Ndidiamaka Oteh , Ami Palan, Dimitri Maex Sean Lackey and the wider team across the Americas. I leave Australia enormously proud of what we have built, deeply grateful to everyone who helped build it, and more ambitious than ever about what comes next. https://lnkd.in/gd84BVx4Melissa Fein To Set Sail For US, Sam Geer To Helm Accenture Song's ANZ Media BusinessMelissa Fein To Set Sail For US, Sam Geer To Helm Accenture Song's ANZ Media Business

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisWe wrote books (and survived)! Sydney, you exceeded all our expectations. A sold out final leg of the Grow & Let Go Book Tour. The Sweet Returns wall was filled with stories, the signing line turned into a community line (I met sisters who purchased tickets at the 11th hour when they heard about the event in the hotel lift), and the celebration cake was demolished! Thank you to Jessica Brady for saying yes to this with me, to Myma Health, Zurich Australia and Sharesies for backing it, to Betsy Westcott for holding the Sydney room so well, and to everyone who showed up!✨

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisUK YouTube Festival 2026 was EPIC! The iconic London Palladium was witness to the YouTube era. It’s not every day that you see a bright red YouTube play button outside the London Palladium! It was a true welcome to the YouTube era. YouTube continues to be the epicentre of culture, where the biggest moments unfold and where creators, viewers, and brands come together to shape culture as it happens. Alison Lomax, Max Fosh, Niko Omilana, Nella Rose, and John Nellis took to the stage to share exactly that, while 30 of the UK's top creators joined for a pre-festival lunch and front-row seats to the show. A big thank you to everyone who joined! Launching the Creator Voices programme was a personal highlight. An independent collective of seven UK creators who are leading voices in the creator economy joined forces to champion the community, supported by YouTube: Jordan Schwarzenberger, Jade Beason, Grace Andrews, Damien Jordan, Jack Kelly, Brandon Baum, and Santiago Vazquez. Pedro Pina was on the Palladium balcony to present YouTube Play Buttons to MC Grammar and Unjaded Jade to celebrate their major subscriber milestones. Such a special moment and a great reminder of how YouTube continues to champion and recognize creators. YouTube is home to Creators and Commerce. The launch of the YouTube Affiliate Shopping Programme was announced as a major milestone, unlocking game-changing partnership opportunities for brands and creators alike. YouTube’s UK creator ecosystem contributed £2.8B to GDP and supported over 60,000 jobs in the past year alone. The YouTube era is well and truly here. A huge thank you to everyone at YouTube involved in bringing #YTF26 to life for our creator community!

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisEvery year after Made on YouTube, Australian creators, newsrooms, sports leagues, and podcasters ask me a pretty similar question - How does this actually impact us on the ground, and how are you building for our market? The thread running through our most recent product line up is friction reduction, making life easier for every creator investing heavily in video. A few practical takeaways on my radar: Smarter iteration: Video A/B testing will take a lot of guesswork out of your YT strategy. Plus, Dynamic Thumbnails will let YT match your thumbnails to different audience segments (anyone who knows me knows how much I love thumbnail strategy), these will both be game changers for creators who love to obsess over the data. We’re also launching Likeness Protection (facial + voice detection) so creators can distribute with peace of mind. On live, expanding ‘Watch With’ and testing Live Showdowns giving leagues and creators a structured way to run co streams and live watch parties together with creators. Sports like AFL - Australian Football League & Australian Open have been investing in innovative live experiences on YouTube for some time and I expect many more to come with these updates. Episodic storytelling & live: Aussies love episodic content and live engagement. Shorts Series lets creators package Shorts into shows with custom thumbnails and ‘watch series’ prompts, huge for local comedy, drama, and sports. Broader news distribution: Real-time Auto Dubbing gives Australian news stories instant global reach without massive export costs. Formats from Nine’s 60 Minutes, News Corp Australia’s News 24, and Seven Network’s Spotlight are already scaling fast overseas, and auto-dubbing will accelerate that further even further. Cross-border commerce & sponsorships: YouTube Shopping tags will auto resolve to local currencies and store links globally. For podcasters, Dynamic Brand Segments will let brands swap or update regional sponsorships across back-catalog videos seamlessly. (More coming on Dynamic Brand Segments & Shopping in Australia here soon!). A great wrap vid with many more updates to get across, add this to your watch list this weekend: https://lnkd.in/eDapbV2j

Anthony Svirskis liked thisAnthony Svirskis liked thisWow, what a night! I'm still buzzing after last night's #YouTubeFestival 2026 at Carriageworks in Sydney! So good to connect with so many familiar faces across 1000+ brands, agencies, partners and creators. In case you missed it, modern entertainment is officially creator-led. And its all happening on YouTube. Three takeouts for me: 💡 1. Creators are the new primetime: Creators like Lyanna Kea, Dan Does Footy and Glitch Productions prove fans want authentic, unscripted, meaningful content across every screen. Many of these creators operate as full-scale independent media studios, employing over 18,000 people and contributing over $1Bn to the Australian economy. 💡 2.For brands, there is a massive untapped opportunity to connect with these audiences. We heard from Nestle's Anneliese Douglass how they partnered with creators for a recent KitKat and F1 activation that led to a 4.2x lift in brand engagement. Impressive. 💡 3. Lastly, I think Paul Sinkinson from Analytic Partners said it best, now is the moment to do more. YouTube reaches over 20.4M Aussies monthly across all devices, with 13.7M streaming right from their living room TVs. By combining that reach with deep creator trust and our full-funnel, AI-powered advertising tools, we can turn that cultural momentum into measurable growth for your business. There really is only one YouTube! What is your biggest priority when partnering with creators this year? Google for Business AUNZ #YouTubeFestival #LifeAtGoogle #Creators

The NSW MVP Ventures Program Round 3 opens on 9 March. Who doesn’t want an extra $50k of government funding to help fast track their startup, and in some cases up to $75k if you’re eligible. However, from what I’ve seen working with founders across the previous two rounds, many applications get rejected on compliance and never even make it to competitive assessment. So I put together a simple tool to help you quickly check for those risks before you spend time on an application. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/g8iEhEzn
