The future of AI is being led by women, and last night in New York, the room proved it. Our CRO Daisy Hoang, M.S. joined Melissa Plunkett, Mona Chadha, Louisa Berger, and Ekaterina Chaves on stage at the MongoDB and AWS panel on the eve of .Local NYC. She has spent much of her career as the only woman in the room. This time, the room was full. Daisy's advice for the women coming up next: - Imposter syndrome does not go away with success. Turn it into an asset. - Competence feeds confidence. Be obsessed with learning, and the doubt will get quieter. - Do not wait to check every box. Raise your hand first and grow into the role. Thank you, MongoDB and Amazon Web Services (AWS), for bringing everyone together.
TinyFish is the most female positive and woman forward tech startup I have ever worked for. It’s also the only time I have been in an engineering meeting led by and fully staffed by women #gillpower
