I ask myself the same question every time I leave an iMedia Summit: what's the secret sauce that makes these events run like a well-oiled machine? Is it the world-class content? The calibre of the attendees, sponsors and networkers in the room? The location? Or the refreshing, non-cookie-cutter format that somehow makes every single summit feel relevant, relatable and genuinely impactful? After this week, I know the answer: it's ALL of it, but mostly, it's the people behind it. The organisers and their teams have built something close to a cult following that attracts true rock stars of industry, who leave the room wanting more! Thank you Helena Stylman Karine Urban and the whole iMedia team who put this together and let me be part of it again! Until next time 🙌 💃 🛥️ #iMediaFOMAU #MarketingSummitAU #MarketingLeaders #MarketingAustralia

People still want to connect with people. Some of the best parts of the last few days at iMedia Summits & Events AU, NZ & SEA weren’t on a slide. They were the conversations between sessions, meeting the people behind the brands, sharing ideas and hearing how others are tackling similar challenges. AI is going to play a huge role in what comes next, but the human connection still matters. Lots learnt, lots to think about and some really great new connections made. Thanks iMedia Summits & Events AU, NZ & SEA! #iMediaFOMAU

AI is the hot topic, but people are what's real, trust is what's worth protecting. A wonderful throughline at AIMA Converge this week.

Market access never stands still. Neither should our understanding of it! Being a market access-focused agency means understanding not just what’s changing, but how those shifts reshape the opportunities and barriers facing our clients. That learning happens independently every day, but some of the best insights come when we put our different disciplines around the same table. At our latest Lunch & Learn, Head of Analytics Nicholas Gorman led the Profero team through applied market access dynamics, exploring how the forces shaping access show up in the decisions we make for brands every day. Lunch was served. So were a few new ways of looking at access! #WeAreProfero
