This Hispanic Heritage Month, we're proud to spotlight the Latin Diversity Network (LDN), one of American's longest-standing Team Member Resource Groups. Celebrating 30 years of history and impact, LDN has grown from a support group serving Spanish-speaking customers into a thriving global network of nearly 4,000 members and allies across 25 chapters worldwide. For three decades, LDN has helped foster connection, professional development, leadership opportunities and community engagement for #AATeam members and throughout different communities. Thirty years and 25 chapters is the part worth pausing on. Resource groups are often counted as culture programming, but the ones that last this long tend to function as leadership infrastructure, giving people sponsorship, visible scope and a first management experience well before a formal promotion does.
