It's important to have an understanding of what Copilot agents are and how they work. While a prompt is something that you can enter right here, and it's a single request for a response, an agent is a goal-based system that can reason, plan, and take actions over multiple steps to achieve a task. After this video, I'm going to show you how to create your own agents. But for now, I want to show you one of the built-in agents that comes with your Copilot license. It's called Researcher, and it's one of the most versatile agents in Copilot right now. I got here by going back to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat portal and clicking on Agents here on the left-hand side of the screen.
