Your new role
This is a newly created leadership position designed to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across the portfolio. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership and field operations. Key responsibilities include:
Implementing best-in-class property management systems and operational workflows
Driving leasing performance and reducing vacancy through data-driven oversight
Building and overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training programs for field teams
Establishing performance metrics and holding teams accountable across portfolios
Leading budgeting, cost controls, and operational planning initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who has led large, field-based property management teams and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment:
8+ years in property management operations, including 4+ years in senior leadership
