Role Description The Talent Manager is a remote, contract role responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing creative and on-camera talent across CBWS’s film, television, and digital projects. This role involves sourcing emerging and established creators, assessing fit for current and future productions, and building inclusive, long-term relationships with talent and their representatives. The Talent Manager will coordinate casting and onboarding processes, support contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and production teams, and maintain accurate talent databases and tracking systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with talent, aligning talent strategy with project needs, monitoring performance and engagement, and collaborating with production, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure talent is effectively integrated into CBWS’s storytelling and brand initiatives.
Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, casting, or artist relations, preferably within film, television, digital media, or entertainment.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and clear, professional communication with talent and representatives.
• Proficiency in talent pipeline development, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating creative professionals and content creators.
• Ability to manage contracts, schedules, and talent logistics, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent selection and management practices.
• Comfort working remotely across time zones, using digital collaboration tools and maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Knowledge of entertainment industry trends, digital platforms, and social media ecosystems that shape creator-led content.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Media, Business) or equivalent experience in entertainment talent roles.
