A Senior Marketing Manager – Hematology & Oncology opportunity is currently available, with flexibility for candidates based in the Boston, MA area or fully remote.

🔬 Role Focus

• U.S. Hematology/Oncology commercial brands
• Brand strategy and tactical planning
• HCP promotional initiatives
• KOL engagement and peer-to-peer programs
• Congress planning and execution
• Commercial performance and product adoption
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Digital, Analytics, and Patient Advocacy
• Agency, vendor, project, and budget management

🎯 Ideal Background

• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare commercial experience
• Strong pharmaceutical marketing/brand management experience
• U.S. pharmaceutical commercial experience
• Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Specialty Products is preferred
• Strong understanding of HCP promotion, brand strategy, and commercial execution
