Oue Sales Manager will champion and train the sales process for a growing division utilizing proven methods of implementation and skills developed over the years to close sales. What Will I Do?
Lead by example how to sell residential HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
Develop sales training materials for use within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.
Create and lead sales classes with groups of 12-15 Technicians.
Address customer complaints related to field operations.
Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges.
Any other duties as required by management team.
Do I have What it Takes?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience training HVAC Technicians to sell residential HVAC systems.
NATE certification a plus.
Bi-lingual with English and Spanish a plus.
Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus.
