Responsibilities

  • Oversee all plant operations: budget, production schedule and on-going improvement
  • Lead and train a workforce of 150+ employees
  • Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
  • Set production standards and goals--rally the team's performance
  • Create and operate within budget
  • Build on a strong safety culture

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant--leading teams
  • Strong people leadership--set targets/vision and rallying the team!
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, and safety
