Ecowaste Solutions is a fast-growing company in a stable, essential industry, and our Site Managers are the people who make it all happen at the ground level. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. You'll run your site like it's your own business, owning the P&L, building and leading your team, driving local sales, and keeping a fleet of CDL drivers and maintenance staff operating safely and efficiently. We're looking for someone who has been in the trenches, knows what it takes to turn a struggling operation around, and can build the kind of team culture and community relationships that make a site thrive long term. If you have experience running a full operation in a DOT-regulated environment and are ready to take full ownership of your market, we want to hear from you.
