Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
Lead and manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and standards.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.
Plan and manage hotel events, conferences, and special functions.
Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Oversee the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience with hotel management software and systems
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and legal compliance regulations in the hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and objectives
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and partners
