Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Finance
Lead the Accounting & Finance function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
Drive strategic initiatives and oversee implementation of major business systems and process improvements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.
Qualifications For The Director Of Finance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Experience creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prior experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership, ownership groups, or Boards.
