Business Transformation Manager

We're partnering with a rapidly growing financial services organization seeking a Strategic Transformation Project Manager to work closely with executive leadership on high-priority business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and has experience leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational improvement, growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide teams through change management and adoption efforts.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, while creating practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Track success through measurable business outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by bringing structured problem solving and strategic thinking to complex business challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management, strategy, transformation, or consulting experience.
• Background within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry preferred.
• Experience at a leading management consulting firm is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
