Associate Analyst, Data Analytics

Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an Associate Analyst, Data Analytics to join our Reporting team. In this role, you will support the business by developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights across key functions. You will work with large datasets, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain compelling and informative reports and dashboards to provide a source of truth and visibility on financial performance and key performance metrics to business partners
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights within financial, product and operational datasets
• Assist in the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes by identifying research-backed optimization opportunities
• Support ad hoc research requests from senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Apply quantitative and statistical methods to support forecasting models and financial projections
• Deep-dive analysis on BigQuery data sets and identification of valuable trends & insights to support cross-functional partners
• Automate and maintain the accuracy and integrity of BI dashboards including monitoring data against business rules and numerical thresholds

Qualifications for the Position

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 1-2 years experience in data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams by adapting to diverse cultural norms, respecting time zone differences, and leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain alignment and productivity
• Knowledge of Looker, Google BigQuery, SQL, Data Studio, (or other BI Tool) and excel needed
• Attention to detail, extremely organized, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site at our offices in SoHo on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• Highly motivated and collaborative
• Experience in Retail industry is a plus
