“Nikin is amazing. As my right hand at a new startup, he saved me a TON of time, significantly accelerated our velocity, and brings an unstoppable founder energy and unflappable positive spirit to everything he does. He’s been critical as we’ve grown from 2 people with a vision, to a small team with an MVP and millions raised from top VC’s. Nikin is deeply mission-driven, extremely intelligent, zero-drama, and a swiss-army knife executor. He epitomizes founder energy, throwing himself headfirst into whatever best serves the company–everything from deep diving on market research, to cold emailing hundreds of people and conducting customer interviews, to learning Figma to design early prototypes, and then learning React Native to help code them up into our MVP. He also handled setting up and managing all our operations, healthcare benefits, finances, reimbursements, and treasury management–including the insanity of navigating the 2023 SVB crisis–without a single complaint. Truly a one-man army. And to cap it off, he’s a wonderful human with a heart of gold.”
