It’s a privilege to return to a company where I spent much of my career, bringing with me new experiences, perspectives, and lessons learned from the field and from leading through change. Before turning the page, I also want to express my appreciation to my colleagues at SAIC . Over the past 6½ years, I had the opportunity to work with a brilliant team solving challenging, real-world problems, supporting mission customers, and navigating complex technical, business, and organizational environments. Edwin Gonzalez liked thisDuring my recent summer vacation in Finland, I was pleasantly surprised to spot a familiar splash of orange that was digging trenches for new fiber internet lines. I asked the crew if I could interrupt them for a quick photo and explained that I work for Kubota. I work with a global team and we enjoy sharing "I spotted a Kubota machine" photos during our meetings. The crew was more than happy to pose for the picture. Living in Texas, it's easy to see Kubota equipment hard at work every day. In some parts of the world, though, it's a much rarer sight which makes spotting one even more exciting. No matter where you find them, Kubota machines have a way of standing out. It's always fun to see the company that you work for being used around the world.
