Debbie Wang liked thisDebbie Wang liked thisToday with 30+ friends, we went to Milpitas movie theater for "Sound of Freedom", and it was a full house, even the handicapped seats were sold out. This movie was very smartly shot. It manages to tell a very powerful story without any brutal or disgusting content. It's totally appropriate for kids and as a matter of fact I strongly recommend this movie to all parents with kids: You should watch this movie with your kids, so they can be more aware of their own safety! I was full of tears when the little boy handed the the necklace to Tim: "please find my sister!" As a dad to 2 kids, I would never want any of such horrible things to happen to any of the kids. We should do all that we can to protect the angels gifted to us! "God's Children Are Not For Sale! " This is the most inspiring movie I have watched for years and I wish more people can go and watch it. I heard that this movie already surpassed "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" in the box. All that lawless and stupidity turned this once beautiful city into such a mess. Everyone is trying to flee from it now and it is just so sad. “US residential home values have declined modestly since their 2022 peak, reflecting higher mortgage interest rates. But residential values have plunged in San Francisco, falling by about 16.7%, compared to a decline of just 3.3% in the rest of the country, a difference of about 13.4 percentage points. San Francisco’s housing stock was valued at nearly $2 trillion by real estate valuation firm Zillow before the price plunge. Here's why Nvidia is surging: 1/ Nvidia invented the graphics processing unit (GPU) back in 1999. Its GeForce series was a perfect fit for PC and console games that demanded high fidelity graphics. 2/ But the GPUs are just one part of the story. Nvidia launched the CUDA computing platform in 2007 to make it easier for people to program GPUs. This made it much easier for AI players to adopt Nvidia's chips vs. competitors. 3/ It turns out that GPUs are also well suited for the data processing and model training demands of generative AI. From an AI founder: "Training AI models demands chips that have large memory...Nvidia happens to be the only company that makes those chips.” 4/ From CEO Jensen Huang: "The world has $1 trillion of data center installed, and it used to be 100% CPUs. In the next 5-10 years, most of that $1 trillion...will be largely gen AI." In a gold rush, sell the shovels. Nvidia's GPUs could be the most lucrative shovels ever.
