Stable housing can be the foundation for long-term financial stability. 🏠 That's why we're proud to support Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona through our participation in the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco's AHEAD Program. Together, we helped secure a $200,000 grant that will expand housing assistance and counseling services across northern Arizona. The funding is expected to provide move-in assistance for up to 75 households and rental counseling support for approximately 150 households, helping more individuals and families access and maintain housing. We're honored to support initiatives that expand opportunity and strengthen our communities.

Cybercriminals are getting more personal in how they target organizations, and the FBI's latest warning on the Silent Ransom Group is a good reminder of why verification matters. These attacks do not always start with a suspicious link. They may start with a phone call from someone claiming to be IT support, a request to install remote-access software or even an in-person visit. As Stephen McMaster, Western Alliance’s Chief Information Security Officer, puts it: "Attackers are counting on employees to trust what appears to be a legitimate request and respond before taking the time to verify it." A simple pause, a quick verification and a clear reporting process can make a meaningful difference. https://bit.ly/4hsN4PW
