Every transaction tells a story about what a customer may need next. Arijit Roy, senior executive vice president and head of Consumer and Business Banking Products, points out the advantage isn't simply seeing those signals. It's knowing when to act on them. The right offer at the wrong moment can still miss the mark. That's why we focus on understanding customer needs, delivering relevant experiences and measuring success by the relationships we build over time, not just the products we offer. Great two days with the National Football League (NFL) Player Engagement league and team representatives focused on one shared goal: helping players thrive on and off the field. Through U.S. Bank Financial Edge™, we're building a stronger support system for athletes at every stage of their financial journey, from rookies to Legends. By working together we're delivering expert, athlete-informed guidance that helps players make confident financial decisions today and build lasting financial security for the future.
Strong player engagement starts with strong partnerships. This week, the NFL Player Engagement Steering Committee gathered to discuss how we can better serve players across the League. The most valuable part of our conversation is the club feedback because it helps inform us of the gaps, the opportunities and how we can continue to evolve to meet the players where they are. Player Engagement is not about programming. It is about building relationship and being a trusted resource for the players as they navigate their journey through the NFL. We appreciate U.S. Bank for hosting our meeting and being a commited partner in helping develop deeper financial education for players and NFL Legends Community What matters most is supporting our players and this team is committed to that mission. What if the few minutes you’d normally spend scrolling could actually pay off? For University of Minnesota student Brian Lin, swapping some of that scrolling time for financial education did just that. After completing more than 75 modules through the U.S. Bank Student Scholarship Program, he earned a $10,000 scholarship and picked up some new financial know-how along the way. Brian is one of three students awarded scholarships in the first entry period of 2026, alongside students from the University of Nevada, Reno and Johnson County Community College. Together, they turned bite-sized financial lessons into $17,500 toward their education. Know a student who's balancing college and the cost of higher education? Share this opportunity with them. The next scholarship entry period is open through Oct. 30, with a chance to win a $20,000 scholarship: https://bit.ly/4yOaAhm
