We depend on skilled employees to meet the growing demand for comfortable indoor climates. Building that workforce means investing in people, creating pathways to rewarding careers and inspiring more people to see the opportunities the trades can offer. Yesterday, Chair and CEO Dave Regnery joined the CEO Viewpoint panel at the second annual #FordAccelerate forum on the Essential Economy to discuss the skilled trades talent gap and the actions companies are taking to address it. Thank you to Ford Motor Company for hosting this important event, to moderator Diane Brady of Fortune and to panelists Chris Nelson of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Patti Poppe of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Dan Peyovich of Dycom Industries, Inc and Dan Schulman of Verizon for sharing their perspectives and ideas.

We're helping solve our customers' biggest transport challenges with solutions that improve efficiency, reduce emissions and support the transition to a more sustainable cold chain. At the IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 showcase in in Hannover, Germany, Claudio Zanframundo, president of Thermo King Europe and Asia Pacific, shared how we're advancing practical, scalable electric technologies that meet today’s fleet requirements. Solutions like AxlePower smart energy-recovery system and ECOmode for our Advancer trailer refrigeration units give fleets more flexibility to advance electrification while delivering the performance their operations demand. At Bank of America Stadium, sustainability is delivering impact well beyond the equipment itself. With Tepper Sports & Entertainment naming Trane Technologies a Cornerstone Partner — as well as the exclusive Official Climate Technology Partner and an Official Sustainability Partner of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC — this work underscores a long-term investment in the stadium’s future and the fan experience. By upgrading the stadium’s cooling system with Trane Technologies solutions, the facility has improved attendee comfort, enhanced indoor air quality and strengthened overall performance — with more to come as Trane Technologies supports the stadium’s ongoing transformation. For Charlene S. Vance, MBA and the Trane Commercial team, that impact is what matters most: helping customers reduce energy use, lower operating costs and cut greenhouse gas emissions while creating a better experience for fans. We’re proud to see this work in action and excited to cheer on the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC this season. #keeppounding Learn more: https://ow.ly/YJq950ZSMuG

We see possibilities in even the most complex challenges. When a global electronics manufacturer needed a customized cooling solution for new factories in Thailand, our Trane Asia Pacific team worked closely with the customer to meet specific performance, space and cost requirements. The result: 211 air handling units that helped keep factory operations on schedule while strengthening the customer's trust in Trane. See how collaboration and deep expertise made it happen: https://ow.ly/BBAT50ZOgz6

Working together can help accelerate the transition to a low-carbon cold chain. Our Thermo King Europe team demonstrated fully electric refrigerated transport in action by pairing the A-500e transport refrigeration unit with the Tesla Semi at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026. Watch as Claudio Zanframundo shares how bold innovation and strategic collaboration can decarbonize the industry.
IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 may be over, but the momentum behind electric refrigerated transport is only growing. ⚡ One of the highlights from Hannover was seeing a fully electric Thermo King Advancer e refrigerated trailer paired with the Tesla Semi for test drives at the show. Two pioneers in their respective fields. Two innovations coming together to demonstrate what the future of electric transport can look like – from the truck to the refrigeration unit. The show is over, but the journey towards more sustainable, fully electric transport continues. 🚛🔋 #ThermoKingEurope

Some of the most important energy decisions now sit inside the systems we already manage. Coming out of Climate Week NYC, the latest issue of Temp Check looks at where that shift is showing up in practice: buildings that can respond more intelligently to demand, energy strategies that improve performance with what is already available, research partnerships that move practical solutions forward and AI that has to earn trust before it can scale. Read the latest issue.

Climate Week NYC is coming to a close, and we're grateful for a week of inspiring conversations, new perspectives and shared commitment to scaling sustainability. The relationships among energy, technology and sustainability came into sharper focus for our team this week. Energy demand is rising, and AI is accelerating that growth while also creating new possibilities to decarbonize critical environments. We see tremendous opportunity to harness innovation to support that growth while reducing waste and using resources more efficiently. Progress depends on collaboration and a shared understanding that sustainability and business priorities can advance together. Thank you to the colleagues, partners and leaders who joined in New York and to Climate Group for welcoming us as Headline Partner. The real work lies ahead of us, and we invite you to join us as we shape a more sustainable future together.

Climate Week has reinforced the scale of the transformation underway and the opportunity to lead with sustainability. Our team continued to share perspectives on the strategies, solutions and investments needed to accelerate this transition. Mauro J Atalla participated on the "From Capital to Implementation: The Next Investment Opportunities in the Low-Carbon Transition" panel, hosted by EY, BrazilFoundation and David Canassa Strategy & Advisory. Catherine Stephanou of our BrainBox AI team discussed how AI and connected systems are opening new possibilities at the Carbon Newbie Summit, from improving building performance to helping data centers become better citizens of the grid. Rachael Weisman also explored the role of heat pumps in electrification during “Heat Pumps 101.” At Climate Group’s Hub Live, Emily Vesling joined “Future Factories: How Efficiency, Electrification and AI Will Remake Modern Manufacturing” to discuss approaches to improving energy performance. Jenelle Shapiro joined leaders for the launch of a new sectoral playbook at the World Economic Forum’s Industrial Solutions and Manufacturing event. Increasing energy supply has been a major focus this week, but managing demand more intelligently is just as important. Technologies available today can reduce waste, optimize existing infrastructure and help customers get more from the energy they use.
