Each year, Project Windows transforms storefronts and hotel windows throughout downtown Chicago into public works of art, bringing museum-inspired creativity into the heart of the city and inviting everyone to experience art in unexpected places. This past Saturday, the Mercat team was proud to participate in the Grand Chef’s Experience at the iconic Field Museum in honor of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Our chefs served a take on our Fig Montadito, featuring crostini topped with goat cheese, fig, and a sherry reduction. It was an incredible evening celebrating the culinary community and sharing a taste of Mercat with fellow guests and chefs, all while supporting a great cause.

Last week in Chicago, hundreds of leaders from our portfolio across the country came together for the 2026 Sage Leadership Festival. It was a week of learning, reflection and celebration as leaders from across Sage gathered to share ideas, challenge one another to grow and strengthen the relationships that power our company.
