Stonehenge Capital is proud to support Connect Housing Blocks through a 2022 NMTC investment with Finance Fund and Capital One. It's rewarding to see the lasting impact this project continues to have in Columbus. Today, the 630,000-square-foot facility employs approximately 180 people while advancing innovative modular housing solutions that can reduce construction timelines by up to 50%. By creating quality jobs and revitalizing a long-vacant site, Connect Housing Blocks is helping address critical housing needs while strengthening the local economy. This project demonstrates how NMTC investments can support housing, job creation, and meaningful community development. Steven LeBlanc and Patrick West attended the IPED Annual Historic Tax Credit Summit in Washington, DC on June 11-12, joining industry leaders, policymakers, and preservation advocates from across the country. The summit provided an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the ongoing impact of the federal Historic Tax Credit and its role in revitalizing communities, driving economic development, and preserving historic assets. Participants also emphasized the importance of strengthening the credit to expand access, attract investment to underserved areas, and create more opportunities for the redevelopment of historic properties. We're proud to be part of the ongoing effort to strengthen the Historic Tax Credit and drive investment into projects that preserve history while creating meaningful economic impact.

Louisiana continues to stand out as a national leader in historic preservation and community revitalization. According to a recent Business Report article, Louisiana ranked No. 2 in the nation for completed federal Historic Tax Credit projects in 2025— reinforcing the strength and impact of the state’s preservation incentives. At Stonehenge Capital, we’re proud to support projects that leverage historic tax credits to drive investment, preserve Louisiana’s unique character, and deliver meaningful economic impact across communities statewide. This achievement would not be possible without the continued support of Louisiana’s legislators, whose commitment to maintaining and strengthening these programs plays a critical role in their success.
