Breast Cancer Awareness Month starts today, and with it comes an important reminder: early detection saves lives. When breast cancer is caught at a localized stage, the five-year relative survival rate is around 99%. Screening works. The hard part is getting overdue patients to schedule. Sturdy Health took that on with automated care gap outreach. Patients could see open times and book a mammogram themselves, with no waiting on a phone call or a mailed reminder. The result: a 72% conversion rate among engaged patients, and every appointment was self-booked. The people closest to the work should be able to build the agents that do it. That’s why we created the Notable Builder program. Our mission is to simplify and optimize healthcare for humanity. Achieving it takes more than what our team can build alone. Today at Builder Connect, hosted by our partners at NKC Health, clinicians, operators, integration specialists, and IT leaders shared what they’ve put into production, challenged one another to think bigger, and worked through what it takes for agents to operate safely and reliably. Builders with deep expertise across healthcare are unlocking automation everywhere the work happens, from patient access and pharmacy to quality and safety, care coordination, and revenue cycle. This is the power of the Notable Network. When one health system solves a problem, others should be able to build on that progress. Adapt it to their needs. Improve it. Share what they learn. Every organization has its differences, but that shouldn’t mean everyone starts from scratch. The Notable Builder program puts the skills and tools in people’s hands. The Notable Network connects them so their expertise and ideas can create impact far beyond their own organizations. We’re building a community that expands what healthcare can do, not just what Notable can deliver. Thank you to the builders from health systems across the country who are shaping this community. Your work is showing what’s possible when we give the people who know healthcare best the ability to build what comes next. The goal isn’t simply more agents. It’s more capacity to care. Less administrative work standing between people and the help they need. More time for the human interactions that brought people into healthcare in the first place.

Referral coordinators carry a lot: fax sorting, phone tag, manual EHR entry. That workload adds up, and it's a real driver of burnout across care teams. One health system automated the repetitive parts of referral processing and saw 2.6x ROI, while giving staff meaningful time back and getting patients into care faster. Burnout isn't fixed by asking people to do more with less. It's fixed by removing work that never needed a human in the first place. Another successful Oracle Health & Life Sciences Summit in the books! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, joined our team for a demo, or sat in on our session with Dr. Chadwick Smith from Marshall Health Network. A special thank you to Dr. Smith for sharing Marshall Health's blueprint for rural AI transformation. If you missed it, here are the five key tips he shared: ✅ Standardize your internal processes and templates before you deploy any AI solution ✅ Commit real internal resources to build and test, not just implement ✅ Build a structured feedback loop with frequent stakeholder touch points ✅ Favor a phased rollout over a big-bang launch, and let each stage teach you something ✅ Treat digital transformation as multidisciplinary from day one Rural health systems face a unique set of resource constraints, and Dr. Smith's blueprint is a reminder that thoughtful process, not just technology, is what makes AI transformation stick. Thank you again to Dr. Smith and the entire Marshall Health Network team for the insight and lessons learned. We're looking forward to continuing the journey with you! #OracleHealthSummit #HealthcareAI #RuralHealth #DigitalTransformation #Notable

I’m thrilled to welcome Privia Health to the Notable network. Together, we’re setting the bar for how caregivers can embrace abundance enabled by agentic workflows, delivered in a truly multimodal way across voice, SMS, and the systems they use every day. Focusing on the highest-impact work that directly affects patients and care teams, we’ll support annual wellness visit scheduling, patient reactivation, care-gap outreach, and post-discharge follow-up. Notable’s AI Platform will help Privia reach eligible patients through voice and SMS, schedule directly in athenaOne, close selected care gaps, and ensure patients receive timely follow-up after discharge. The goal is simple: connect more patients to preventive care, improve quality performance, accelerate follow-up, and free teams from repetitive outreach so they can spend more time on the work that truly requires their expertise. Konda Mullapudi, we’re proud to partner with you and the entire Privia Health team. This is an important foundation for how AI can help population health teams operate at greater scale, and I’m excited for what we’ll build together.

71% of practices have fewer than 25% of patients self-scheduling. That's not a patient behavior problem. It's a channel problem. Patients don't all want the same thing. Some want text, some want a call, some just want to see open slots and pick one. A multi-channel access strategy meets them wherever they are, and closes the gap at scale. It was a pleasure to participate in the C3 Davos of Healthcare Summit in New York this week, where I hosted a roundtable on the metrics that never make it onto a boardroom slide, and joined a panel asking whether competition or collaboration will save humanity faster. The roundtable kept coming back to trust. ROI is table stakes, but if the people using these tools don't trust them, the ROI never shows up. We talked about the "human benchmark," knowing what good looks like today before you deploy AI against it, and how the best governance isn't a box to check, it's a living framework built alongside the people actually doing the work. We're still in the early innings of applying this technology to healthcare, and the organizations getting it right are the ones building that trust deliberately, not assuming it. On stage with Lisa Stump, Neal Patel, MD, MPH, Alfred DuPuy, MBA, Eric J. Nestler, MD, PhD and Michael Salgaller, we pushed past the easy framing of competition versus collaboration. The real question isn't which one wins, it's what we share and what we compete on. Share the data. Compete on the insights we build from it. And maybe share the failures too, so we can stop repeating mistakes and move faster. Thank you to Lisa for such a thoughtful conversation on stage, and to everyone who joined both sessions and brought the questions that made them worth having. Conversations like these are how we get better, faster, together, and I can't wait to keep working through these questions alongside all of you.

That's a wrap on Becker's IT + RCM! Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, and to Kristin Workman and Meg Burke Dingae for sharing their insights during our featured session, "One platform, two journeys: How Southwest General and Montage Health scaled AI for patient access." If you missed it, here are the big takeaways 👇️ ✅ Start small, prove it, then scale: Southwest General cut its no-show rate from 11% to 4% by automating appointment reminders, and Montage Health took referral turnaround from 23 days down to just 1.5. These early wins built the internal trust to expand automation org-wide. ✅ Standardize before you automate: Both teams found the same workflow being handled a dozen different ways across departments. Getting everyone onto one template was the real unlock for scaling. ✅ Two different paths to workflow creation: Montage leans on Notable's shared library of flows built by other health systems, while Southwest trained its own in-house, Notable-certified Flow Builders so its team can prioritize and build on its own timeline. ✅ One platform, two EHRs: Notable integrates with both Epic (Montage) and Oracle Health (Southwest) without adding extra logins or clicks for staff. That interoperability has been key to earning both IT and provider buy-in. It's inspiring to see two organizations, with different EHRs and different starting points, reach the same place: less administrative burden, more time for patients, and a platform that scales with them. Thanks again to Kristin and Meg for sharing the journey! #BeckersIT #BeckersRCM #HealthcareAI #PatientAccess #DigitalHealth #Notable
