Our Construction Services team is proud to serve as General Contractor for our client’s first-ever ground-up development, helping bring their vision from concept to construction. Another project is officially underway! Martin has broken ground on Brush Creek Storage, a new 110,000 SF ground-up self storage facility in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, with our Construction Services team serving as General Contractor. Designed with functionality and accessibility in mind, the facility will feature integrated drive-through access within the building, exterior-access storage units, and architectural metal siding throughout. Right now, it's all about preparing the site for what's to come. Rock excavation, rough grading, and building pad preparation are well underway.
