At LIVunLtd, we have hands-on experience maintaining and bringing to life a diverse variety of community spaces, from bowling alleys and pickleball courts to vertical gardens and on-site breweries. We were brought on by Atlas Capital Group, LLC this year to take over the amenity operations and lifestyle services at the Denizen Bushwick property. With our team, we restored the brewery operations and now have three on-tap selections for residents: IPA, draft light beer, and a fall cider. There's an apple orchard on the third floor of a 70-story tower in Long Island City. It sits inside The Orchard LIC's 60,000-square-foot Backyard, next to an outdoor movie theater, a running track, and a firepit. This summer our team ran pickleball clinics, swim lessons, and yappy hours for the building's four-legged residents. Seventy floors up, the Sky Lounge caps off more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities where we lead the program, from fitness and resident programming to move-in support and daily operations. Building community extends beyond the buildings themselves. Across Gotham communities, residents have opportunities to connect through curated experiences that bring neighbors together and encourage exploration beyond home. Recently, residents of The Ashland enjoyed an evening at Yankee Stadium and spent the day floating down the Delaware River before gathering for a brewery visit. Gotham West residents also explored the Hudson Valley on a guided wine tour, creating new memories together along the way.
